When I called to schedule my appointment, the lady was very friendly and I was able to get them scheduled to come out the next day. Although they said I did not have to be there, I really wanted to be there since this was my first service. The service person called ahead to let me know when he was on the way. When he arrived, he set up at the house across the street from me and began to work. I had to go across the street to let him know he was at the wrong house. He said he must have put in the wrong address. Of course, I was very glad that I was home when they came out! Once I got the service person to my address, he completed the service without any issues. I have noticed a dramatic decline in the mosquitoes in my yard and I would definitely use the service again. I would encourage the company to institute some type of a quality check to ensure that their service people verify that they are at the correct address before providing the service.

They did half of the job. It was fine. I think there was some confusion in notifying me on when they would be here, so I found some difficulty in the communication. Their service has worked.

The technician that The Mosquito Authority sent to my home was pleasant and very professional. So far, to date, I've had one treatment; they re-spray every 21 days or so. I'm not mosquito free yet, but given time, I trust this service will do fine. Also, I'll rely on reports from my family and guests that'll visit my home for barbeques/parties. If all goes as planned, I may use The Mosquito Authority year after year!!

We were not home at the time the yard was sprayed but we have had no mosquitos since The Mosquito Squad sprayed. Whatever they did has been very effective! I have been able to work in the yard without putting any bug spray on. It has been wonderful!!

After purchasing the deal, I got an email from the company saying that previous customers cannot use this deal. If this is true, they should have included that in the fine print of the deal. They also called me three times today with a sales pitch. They said that I could use the $39 that I paid for the deal towards the full price of treatment. I will not be using this company.

We have been using Mosquito Authority each of the last 3 or 4 summers to treat our entire yard. We have been very happy with the results, we went from not being able to enjoy our yard without covering ourselves with repellent to not having to worry about it at all. They are great to deal with and their product works as advertised. I will say that it ends up being a combined effort. Their treatments alone definitely work to reduce the mosquito population but if you want to eliminate them altogether you need to be vigilant in riding your yard of ALL standing water. This means keeping gutters clean and making sure they drain like they should and turning over every container the can accumulate water. The money we spend each summer is well worth it considering how dramatic the difference is between now and before we started treatments. I will also add that last summer I took advantage of a competitors free/discounted treatment and found they didn't do as good a job. The Mosquito Authority takes the time to scan your yard and turn over any standing water they see and the other company didn't do that as part of their treatment.

The treatment they spray for mosquitoes also works very well for spiders and some other pest. I have a wooded backyard and tiger mosquitoes, which are out all day. Last year was the first summer I could enjoy going outside without having to spray myself with Off. After the 1st treatment they come back in about 30 days since that is the life cycle of a mosquito. I did not have to worry about spiders on my deck furniture either. Very pleased with the service.

Absolutely the best money I have spent. Prior to the treatments I could not go out in there yard without being swarmed by Mosquitos. After....not a one.

They were very prompt and responsive and their product works very well! It was nice to be able to sit outside without being bitten. We would use them again.
