Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows us to reclean any areas you feel were missed, when you call to let us know about them within 24 hours of the clean. Because we respect the privacy of our customers, and because customers sometimes choose to contain pets in a room during cleaning, it is our policy not to open doors. Our Field Manager was present at the end of the clean to do a walkthrough with you to check the house and the quality of the clean. We try to do this with every First Time Clean to ensure that no areas are missed. We apologize that the cologne bottle was broken during the clean. The Field Manager also discussed this with you, and it was reported to the office. We would have been happy to replace the item, but you told us not to worry about it. We did clean up the spill and broken glass. Had you expressed a wish to keep the pieces, we would have left them with you. We are sorry for any confusion regarding the tip. The $60 was refunded to you promptly. Please note: we never ask for tips, and the Field Manager, who went over the bill with you at the end of the clean, does not get any portion of tips earned from the cleaning.
