The owner made sure that we were getting the best price for our new lock -- advised us to just purchase from a store instead of from his supplier. We really appreciated him looking out for his customer's best interests. The locksmith was delayed on the day of service, and we got 2 calls giving us a heads up. Once he arrived, service was done quickly and accurately. Would hire them again!
