Hired the flying locksmiths to rekey a new house. Got a text before he arrived. Showed up on time. Walked with me through the house to review the locks and the best way to get them all keyed to the same key. Did the work quickly and then walked me through the house at the end to show the new lock setup. Would definitely recommend to friends.

This company completed a job for us once before at another business my husband owns and he was pleased with the outcome. I call and scheduled a re-key for one of our rental properties and they never showed up or called!! Finally after waiting 30 minutes past our appointment time I called and found out that they were confused regarding the address and wouldn't be able to come back out until late in the evening. I live an hour away as it is and I'm very busy with other matters. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. I gave the lady the address several times and even spelled it how could they have gotten it confused with the other business??
