The locksmith was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The work was exemplary. One of the few deadbolts we have had installed that flips all the way over for a deep and secure penetration into the jam.

We called and response was within same day. Made an appointment for less than 48 hours later, on a Friday. Told rep we needed to get into crawl space to get our lawnmower to be able to mow lawn, but lock was jammed. No one showed, no one called, even after I called and left voicemail after rep was over an hour late. Was told when appointment was made that weekends were reserved for emergencies, but never heard anything back over weekend either. After waiting around all afternoon, won't hire this company.

Very professional. I set up the appointment, and they were clear what the pricing was. Richard E. called me one day prior to the appointment to re-confirm. He arrived on time for the appointment. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. You could tell he enjoyed helping people. Richard explained what he was going to do before he was going to do it. He disassembled, cleaned and put the Omnia key lock together. Now it works like new! I highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths. Next time I need them again, I will ask for Richard E. again.

We had a great experience with the Flying Locksmiths! They arrived early and fitting two nest/Yale locks to our older oak doors. The job definitely required some 'lock whispering' so I was glad to have an experienced professional there, rather than a handyman. Everything was left neat and clean. Overall a very positive experience and we would definitely hire the Flying Locksmiths again in future. Thank you!

We needed to have the above work done. We called in the morning and had technicians here by 2 p.m. They installed the lock in our storm door, matched the lock to our house key and spent time making sure everything worked OK. We had a problem that the storm door wasn't quite aligned and they were able to make everything work. I was expecting to pay much more considering the time they needed to get everything to fit properly and was pleasantly surprised by the cost.
