He was very good and he was very patient. He used to be in car sales and my husband bought his car from him years ago. He helped me and my husband to buy our current home when we were looking for our first home. This was in the year 2003. I contacted him again when we were getting ready to upgrade to a bigger home. He helped us sell our current home in April 2010. He was our agent when I bought a new home in February 2010. He sold me quite a bit of things. I liked that he was very patient and not pushy. My husband and I were looking for a new home. We were looking for a foreclosure and were looking for a very good deal. It took us probably about six months to find it. He was very patient and he showed us all over in Mechanicsville, Chesterfield and some other areas. He has done four major transactions for me. He would always get back to me anytime that I had a problem. He has known us for a long time.
