Could not have gone more smoothly. All windows were replaced in one day. All debris was cleaned up. Home was left in great condition.

Skyline did a great job. From start (the original estimate) to finish, we were very happy with their service. The workers were all very polite and efficient. Installation only took two days and we have 30 windows. It's so nice to have windows that aren't painted shut!

We got 3 quote - Skyline was the highest, but they had higher quality windows & were the only ones who would do an exterior install while keeping the exterior wood trim. We didn't want our trim wrapped in vinyl - don't like the look. Only complaint was they left our pool gate open & unlocked. They unlocked it so I expected them to secure it when finished.

A team of about 9 workmen arrived on-time at 9:00 AM even though bad weather was forecast. They immediately went to work and worked in the rain at times, stopping briefly only once when it was raining hard. All were friendly, professional and knew their jobs. By 2:00 PM they had finished installing the new windows and trim and had cleaned up any debris in the yard. I have been in the real estate business for decades and this was the most impressed I have been with a contractor.

Several years ago, we used Skyline to replace all of our windows. They did such a great job then that we decided to have them replace 2 external doors for us. As usual, Randy was quick to respond. Within a few days, he was at our home getting measurements and the following day we had a quote. We could view the quote online, see the doors and make any changes that we wanted (color, hardware, style, etc)...all online! Within just a few weeks, the doors were ready and we scheduled the install for 3 days later. Roger and crew showed up on time and did a great job. The entire crew was friendly and very efficient. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. We've recommended Skyline many times over the years and will continue to do so. Well done!

The team at skyline, from the sales representative (who is the ounce) to the installation team (their own employers, not subcontractors) was top notch. A fantastic experience all over end. Great product! Great service.

1-25-17 The crew from Skyline Windows of Richmond arrived at my home at the agree upon time. Roger, the crew leader greeted me at the door. He had previously installed vinyl replacement windows for me last year, and did an outstanding job. The four-man crew got to work very soon after arriving, and had my old windows out, and new windows in place in no time. They worked very diligently throughout the day, and finished up around 3 pm. Roger and I did a walk-around to see the work he and his crew had performed. It was top notch. The windows were beautiful, the cladding over the wood trim of the windows was a very nice touch, and meticulously installed. The caulking around each window was uniform throughout. I'm so proud of these windows and the attention to detail displayed by Roger and his crew. He went above and beyond the scope of work when he applied caulking to a couple of half-round windows that needed sealing. I rehired Skyline Windows of Richmond after they did such an outstanding job the first time the year before. Randy, the owner, stopped by for the original estimate both times. He is very knowledgeable, straight forward, and someone I trust - hard to put a price on traits such as these. Randy will be back next year to install more windows and possibly new French doors. I highly recommend Skyline Windows of Richmond for their quality of work, professionalism, and attention to detail. I am sure you will be impressed by them also.

Skyline Windows did a superb job of installing 21 of 22 replacement windows (1 window had to be sent back to manufacturer as it was made slightly too large) and 1 storm door very prompt & extremely nice folks!

From the beginning (the estimate) to the end (installation), we had an easy, no pressure, no problem, no surprises, professional experience. The windows are excellent quality & the installation went smoothly.

Excellent. They did a wonderful job! I love my new windows and my door. I did have a issue with the dog door that was installed by the door manufacturer. The original door had a regular dog door and the frame leaked when it rained. Skyline stayed on top of it and a new door was installed with a all weather dog door. The door was tested after it was installed and I haven't had any issues with the new door. Several of my neighbors also used Skyline because know I'm picky and trusted my decision. I interviewed 6 window companies and choice Skyline. My neighbors and I are very happy and we have received several compliments on our new windows.

Expert installation of our new windows and doors in less than 8 hours! Wow! Very talented and courteous installers and the price was right! We love love love our new windows and doors...highly recommended!

They arrived on time. There was a large crew, so they were able to work on multiple windows at once. It took them approximately 7 hours from beginning to end to complete my windows. When they finished installing the windows, they washed all of them and cleaned up the area around them. They were very respectful to me and my home. I love my new windows, they have brightened up my house!

He did a good job, but has to return to finish palmed work as one piece of glass for another window was would have been an a except for wrong size glass.

There was no pressure from the salesman, but a lot of information, resources for research, and clear choices. After meeting us at our home, randy visited us to the showroom, where we saw the choices 1st hand & made our decisions. There were 3 installers who were polite, respectful & personable. They cleaned up when finished and, except for 6 beautiful new windows, we’d never have known they had been there.
