Remarkably well. Ridge was prompt, thorough and did an excellent job. It was of course more complicated than initially expected. Ridge went above and beyond, calling the water distillation distributor to ask questions and to make sure we had all the parts. And since it was his first time installing he had to read the manual and talk with the company, which he did. However for the drainage of extremely hot water there wasnt a part made by the company so Ridge designed the part had it made and took care of everything. I was incredibly impressed with the above and beyond service I received and how proactive, thoughtful and smart Ridge is. He even said any problems he would come back and work it out. So far no problems. Just a job exceptionally well done.

Purchased a coupon from Angie's List for a HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing Service call. Waited about a week and no one called to schedule service. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Ridge showed up analyzed and resolved the electrical issue. Asked me to run the dishwasher to make sure everything was working. Late but called twice to inform us. Very polite, explained problem and solution.

Mr. Chambers arrived at the appointed time, tools in hand ready to work. Job was finished after about thirty minutes. Mr. Chambers was professional and respectful. I definitely would hire Shogun Services LLC again. I did speak to Mr. Chambers about future jobs with Shogun.

I'm absolutely pleased with the service of Shogun LLC. Conducted a thorough diagnostic examination of the hot water heater. Gave me the comparative prices for both repairs vs. replacement. I made the decision to repair the unit. Will use the service again as needed for the rental property.

Service was great. Mr. Chambers was there around the time he designated to me over the phone. He worked efficiently and informed me of anything that had to be done out of the ordinary or that was not previously discussed. When he finished he cleaned up all the mess and reviewed the job with me.
