Description of Work: after having water from a busted connection to a dishwasher around the house these folks came, brought huge machines, sat them down, turned them on and left. They showed back up on Monday and were in and out in 30 minutes saying little and doing nothing other than loading the fans and dehumidifiers. When they billed the wrong insurance company they hounded me for payment multiple times daily. They won't be back in my home.

+ 0 morePrior to scheduling the service, I called and discussed what I wanted and got an estimate. Kenny arrived on time, took measurements, tested upholstery sample, and provided actual price. He then performed the work as discussed, provided information about when we could walk on carpets and sit on upholstery. Everything was done within a few hours and looks great.
Description of Work: We had one large room wall-to-wall carpet, two large oriental rugs, sofa and love seat cleaned. He moved furniture and placed items on pads. Everything was done within a few hours and looks great. great.

+ -1 moreKenny carefully examined all of our carpets and made recommendations as to which to clean using steam and which using cooler water. He tested all the carpets for color transfer. One carpet he recommended we not clean using his method as it was very old and might be damaged or damage our floor. He was careful, professional, and pleasant to work with, explaining his process and the reasons for his recommendations. Highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: We have some custom-designed carpeting on our stairs, in the entry, and in a hallway. We also have some orientals. We needed someone who could clean these carpets without damaging them or our very old wood floors.

Description of Work: We had all of our carpets cleaned, including the carpeted stairs. It had been quite a while since we had had them done professionally. I had been doing them myself when I could with a home carpet cleaner. Needless to say, they were not as clean as we wanted and I was unable to deal with some of the stains.

Description of Work: I was extremely pleased. With the senior discount I got all of the carpeting in the house cleaned (excluding under the large pieces of furniture which were not moved) for $192. This includes a large lliving room, 3 bedrooms, the dining room and 2 hallways. The carpeting was completely dry to the touch by the next day. Kenny came about 2:00 and was completely done by 4:00. He spot-treated the heavily soiled areas (of which there were several since I have grandchildren in the house every day and neighborhood children fairly frequently) and did a great job!

+ -1 moreThe person I spoke to was courteous and responsive and provided an estimate over the phone. The stain was to be assessed when the service person arrived. ServiceMaster called to confirm the day before the service date. We were very happy with the stairs and hallway cleaning, they looked better than we had hoped. The attempt to clean the stain was not successful, but we were previously told that this could happen, so we were not surprised. ServiceMaster is a good company that cares.
Description of Work: My husband and I hired ServiceMaster to clean two flights of stairs (30 steps in all) and the hallway between the two flights. We also asked if they would try to remove a beer stain from a rug in one of the rooms.

Description of Work: Mike cleaned the carpets. He was professional, personable and did an excellent job. The carpets needed deep cleaning and he was able to bring them back to life. We were considering replacing the carpet on the stairs but he did such a nice job, we won't need to do that right away.
