I'm happy to tell you how it went. As I have commented in the past, Charlie and Maurice do the kind of work you can only get if you do the job yourself. They really care and take pride in the work they do. After Charlie and Maurice finished, the Architectural Review Committee of our neighborhood HOA did their spring walk through and left a letter in our mailbox. It was a thank you note! The note said that the ARC found our home and yard to be an asset to the neighborhood and that they appreciate the work that was done to improve the curb appeal of our home. All of the thanks go to Charlie and Maurice.

The downspouts were completely clogged, and the access to the gutters was very precarious because of the tile roof and deep overhangs. Charlie wasn't convinced that his ladder stabilizers leaning against the wall of the house were sufficient to reach the top of the gutters. But he tried it nonetheless and was able to reach high enough. The downspouts and gutters are open now.

He showed up with 2 helpers around 9:00 a.m., and proceeded to remove several stumps and sticks. He then raked and used the blower on the leaves, and loaded all of it on the trailer. When he left, I was very impressed with the work he did, as he left the yard, driveway, and sidewalks clean and debris-free. He was done with everything within 3 hours.

Very pleased. Called in the morning and he came by that afternoon. Hand clean gutters and bagged all debris. Flushed with garden hose. (other companies I have used in the past only cleaned gutters with leaf blower).

The weather has been horrible but Charlie and his crew was able to come by and complete the work promptly. I have used them before and each time they are courteous, professional, and do a fantastic job. Am planning to have them power wash my home when the weather permits.

He did a good job. It was very good. He was very punctual and he made time for me in the day. I told them that my house was on the market and I need to get it done so he said he will come the next day, and he did. He got it done in a timely manner and he was very professional about it. I spent about $125 and it was about 3400-3500 square feet. It's tall so he had to get up on the roof. It's 2 storeys and an attic.

Mr. Seay was prompt in performing the job that I requested. He was very professional and courteous. The job was done well. There is no part of the services performed that needs criticism. I look forward to doing business My Seay again.

I first contacted Mr. Seay by Angie's List email in the September to get my home power washed and gutter's cleaned. Mr. Seay promptly responding to me and stated that he was backlogged a few weeks due to the unusually wet Summer that we had this year, but he would take care of me as soon as possible. I was not in a rush and he had done such a superb job the previous that I didn't mind the wait. Mr. Seay contacted me on Friday (10/25) and told me that he would be at my house first thing Tuesday (10/29) morning. As promised Mr. Seay and his assistant showed up promptly at 9 am ready to work. He finished the job in about an hour and a half and has the place looking like new. I will not hesitate to call Mr. Seay in the future to take care of my power washing needs. A+ Rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worked me into his busy schedule, & showed up with a helper when he said he would. Cleaned the gutters, found them full of roofing materials, and saved the debris for me to show the roofer. Very polite & proffessional. Will use his services again.

Due to the fact that the summer weather was unusually rainy, Mr. Seay could not come as quickly as planned. No matter. When he did come, he and his assistant did an outstanding job cleaning out our gutters, which had debris from last November. They took their time and were careful. We were so pleased with the quality of the work, we have already signed up to have our gutters cleaned again in December. We highly recommend him!

No problem at all in initiating contact, getting an estimate and scheduling a service date on a weekend. Charlie arrived on time with an assistant and finished off the job in about 45 minutes. Work was well done but (1) seemed somewhat overpriced, and (2) Charlie also snapped at the other guy because he (Charlie) was having trouble backing up his trailer-truck into our drive.

Charlie and his assistant arrived at our house, looked at the type and layout of the gutter system, and told me that he thought that all that was needed was to clean out the downspouts. I asked him about cleaning the gutters themselves, but he told me he didn't think that would be necessary since gutter guards were installed. We agreed on a price to do the cleaning, and 45 minutes later the work was done. He cleaned the downspouts, taking great care not to damage the gutters, the roof or the house. He made sure the gutter guards were reinstalled properly. They cleaned up everything before they left, and told me that if I continued to have problems with water overflowing the gutters to call him back and he would return and fix the problem. I should also note that the gutters he was working on were over 35' above the ground. I was extremely happy with all aspects of the work.

It went great. He moved the furniture off the screen porch and replaced it when finished. The house and storage building looks like new. He did a wonderful job and would recomend himto anyone.

Due to weather delays, it took longer than anticipated. Charlie has been able to power wash the house and deck and he did a real nice job. If we can get a couple of days of sunshine, he will come and seal the deck. It has been a pleasure working with Charlie and I certainly don't fault him for the weather delays.

Mr. Seay was a pleasure to work with. He called when he said he would, showed up when he said he would, and did a great job on our yard! His price quote was reasonable, too! We plan to have him come back for some other work in the fall.

Mr Seay called me the very same eveing i left message for him on Angies List. He came out within the next day or so and gave me an estimate. The esitmate was reasonable for me. I came home from work a few days later and my yard looked awesome. He did a great job and I will definitely use his services again.

We have begun our FOURTH season with Charlie and Maurice. Our beautiful weed-free lawn is so green it almost glows (photos included !!) and it feels like plush carpet. The winter aeration and feed/seed combined with the weed-killing spray as soon as the weather breaks always shows excellent results. Charlie and Maurice have tended our property since Spring 2010 and hiring them was absolutely the right thing to do. We also rely on them to handle our power-washing, gutter-cleaning, tree-trimming and brush removal. I can set my watch by these guys. The work gets done correctly and they make us look good. Yes, I am incredibly picky and yes, I swear by Seay's Power Wash & Lawn Care.
