Description of Work: I have hired Mr. Seay for several jobs around my house and yard. I have found him to be very reliable, competent, and easy to work with, and I'll definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: He power washed our house and he does great work. However, I did not receive a receipt for his work. I sent him a self addressed envelope so he would mail it to me but he did not. The receipt was necessary for tax purposes as we were renting the house at the time. I would use him again with that stipulation.

Description of Work: I contacted this company for an estimate. They responded quickly advising they were backed up and it would be sometime in July before they could get to me. Awaiting estimate at this time.

Description of Work: I was told by my HVAC man that I needed to have gutters cleaned...it was interfering with heat pump use.. I contracted Mr Seay who called back immediately and came to my house the next morning . Although he was pretty well booked, he offered to come out immediately to check ln the problem, which he did. He was so professional, so courteous and helpful...he did not do any work for me as my gutters have covers over them and he suggested I needed to call the person who had installed them, as it appeared there was a problem with the curvature of them and the way the water poured out. He was so helpful...even knowing that he was not going to do the job, he spent a lot of time giving me information and helpful hints. I would DEFINITELY use this man for any other work I would need to have done. I was so pleased to meet him...he is definitely a man of integrity...as I am sure his business is. Thanks Charlie.

Description of Work: Powerwashed the house -

Description of Work: Mr. Seay came out and provided an estimate after we contacted him. He came out within 2 days and looked at our two story house. He offered us two options for the gutter cleaning, either water pressurized cleaning or manual cleaning. We asked for the manual cleaning because we suspected our gutters had not been cleaned in a LONG time (we recently purchased the house). Mr. Seay and his partner completed the cleaning within 2-3 hours and cleaned up all debris. They even removed a birds nest under one soffit and put the soffit back in place. Additionally they noticed a few loose shingles and nailed those down as a courtesy.

Description of Work: Mr Seay cleaned out all of our gutters, hosed out the gutters and downspouts, made some minor repairs to the straps and screws, and cleaned up the job site completely when finished.
