Seay's Power Wash & Lawn Care

Charlie is an important part of my 'make our new home look like someone cares about it' campaign. He already takes care of our lawn. Charlie showed up right on time on the day we arranged with him to clean the gutters. He cares about the work he does, I never have to follow up behind him. He cleaned at least two seasons of debris out of the gutters so now I don't have to worry about waterfalls from clogged gutters. He'll be back tomorrow to powerwash the entire property and I'll have another chance to brag on him on Angies List!

I needed someone to clean up my yard after injuring my wrist. Charlie Seay was prompt to respond to my message asking for an estimate and came out that evening. He asked many questions so to fully understand the work and was upfront with what could and could not be accomplished. His estimate was competitive. We worked out when he would come out based on his schedule of work and the payment terms. Because of the weather the day he was to come out had toe moved back and then moved up but Mr. Seay was upfront and quick to communicate all changes and willing to work with us the whole time.

We recently moved into our new home in Chester. We have a big yard that has long been neglected so it is in need of some serious attention. I selected Charlie from A/L due to all his wonderful customer reports and emailed him to ask about a large scope of services. Charlie responded right away and showed up shortly thereafter to walk the property with me and answer all my hundreds of questions. He arrived this morning to cut the grass and talk to me about a course of action for the widely-varied collection of weeds we are hosting. The lawn now looks far more civilized and Charlie will return in the near future to administer an application of weed killer and fertilizer. I'm formulatIng my planting intentions with Charlie's help. With his guidance and efforts, we'll have a lawn and landscaping that looks like someone cares. Real salt of the earth, that Charlie - and an absolute joy to work with.

Charlie Seay was wonderful to work with! I called him on March 29th to get an estimate to have our gutters cleaned. He came out the same day and gave us a price of just $85! I was expecting it to be more. He returned the next day and did a great job. He cleaned our gutters, blew the leaves off our roof and even cleaned our neighbors downspout so that it would not overflow into ours (the houses are attached). He was friendly, punctual and did an excellent job. I will use him again and will recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Charlie Seay gave me a time he would come out and showed up right on time. Gave me a quote for the job that was very reasonable. Did a great job cleaning all the gutters and cleaning up afterwards. I will definitly use them again for any work I need.

It was a good experience. Prompt response for a bid and the work completed a few days later. Invoice matched bid. Charlie followed up to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Discussed options about power washing the roof but given its age, Charlie suggested the common sense thing to do was wait and replace the roof.

Mr. Seay responded to my inquiry I sent via Angie's List very quickly (I sent the request very late at night, he called the next morning). He provided an estimate for cleaning my gutters from $65 to $80 (for approx. 120 ft. of gutter on a one level house). It was litte more than I thought I would have to pay (I was thinking a service like this might cost $50 or $60). We arranged a time for him to come over & he arrived on time. After seeing the house in person, he proposed $70 to complete the job. I agreed. I have a very large koi pond that is very close to the front of the house. He was able to work around that without any problems by going up on the roof. I was also very pleased with how quickly they completed the job. I think they were done in about 20 or 30 minutes. I will definitely call on Mr. Seay again to clean my gutters.

Mr. Seay was VERY professional. Immediately called back, was on time, and work was done in a professional manner. Did a great clean-up and made it very clear to call him if there was a problem. In fact, we have contracted him to do more work for us. Very Pleased!!

It could not have gone any better. I called Mr. Seay on a Saturday and told him it was not urgent. He went to my house the following Monday and called me the same day with the price. I agreed to the price and Mr. Seay performed the work the following day. The work was excellent -- really impressive.

This is the second time we've contacted Charlie for service. He is polite and professional, and very friendly.

Mr. Seay promptly called me back and gave me an estimate for the work over the phone. His price range was reasonable and he was able to get out to do the work within a couple days. Upon seeing the existing gutter guards (cheap Aluminum) he figured there would be a bit more time involved to remove these (we have a two story home w/ walk in basement in back that makes it almost 3 in the back). He was courteous enough to call and make sure that this was ok with me (a bit more then estimate). I told him to go ahead. In the end the job was not as much time as he expected and he gave us a lower price. Very professional job. Gutters are clean.

Work went well. He explained and showed me what he had done and urged me to call if we had any problems (he was sure we wouldn't). I like his approach: he does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it. His work was good. His response to my call was extremely fast, and he was here the next day (only because we told him initially that someone else was coming -- who never showed). Mr. Seay is my first choice for gutter work. If we do a house powerwashing anytime soon, he'll be the first one we call.

Very well!. I was concerned about the washing because I have vinyl siding and in the past too much pressure was used (by other providers). It was Mr. Seay's idea to check around my windows for caulking first and I'm so glad he did. I was relieved to have him bang the nails back in to the gutters as well. The other provider did not do that. Also the chemicals used were less caustic, but still effective. I can breathe! I would definitely recommend Mr. Seay and intend to use him again.

Charlie was responsive to my phone call. Showed up on time; provided a fair estimate, did the work the next day for the price quoted. No problems whatsoever. He even had a helper that took all the furniture and p lants off the porch and decks and replaced exactly the same. We've never had a power washer do that before. Very pleasant to work with.

Charlie responded quickly to my call, quoted within a couple of days, then maneuvered around tree, lawn, painters, and carpenters to get the job done. Will ask him to work on my other property this month.

I called Charlie and got his answering machine. He called back within an hour and told me he would call back with a quote. He followed up as promised then we set a date and time that he would do the work. He did it to my satisfaction and that was it. Altogether a painless process - I would definitely use him again.

My call was returned the same day, and, in fact, the job was walked down and I received a quote the same day. I had initially wanted to also have my roof cleaned, but Mr. Seay suggested waiting until the Spring so that the chemical would be more effective. I found that recommendation to be very helpful and honest. The work was performed on the scheduled day, and I was kept well informed of the progress. When I returned home from work, my house was looking much tidier with the gutters cleaned up and the trees trimmed. There was no evidence of any work debris. I highly recommend Mr. Seay.

Mr. Seay has been taking care of this formerly neglected property for approximately six months. I live 60 miles out of town so it is essential for me to have someone that I can rely on to maintain and rehabilitate the lawn and exterior of the home. He communicates with me by telephone and always answers right away. I plan to use his service on a continuing basis because I am well-satisfied with his work.

My gutters and downspouts were VERY, VERY clogged, and I was worried about it given the storm due to arrive this weekend. I hadn't had them cleaned in the year since I bought the house and I have a very wooded lot. They were overflowing with leaves and debris, and had been pouring water over the sides each time it rained and the downspouts weren't working at all. Charlie responded immediately to my request for an estimate, was able to come see what I needed done the same day, gave me a very reasonable price, and was even willing to do the work right then since he'd finished his other jobs for the day. Since I was much more interested in having the work done prior to the weekend than I was in making sure I found the best deal, I jumped on the chance to have the work done immediately. I therefore can't compare his price to anyone else, but I am **ABSOLUTELY AND TOTALLY** satisfied with what I paid given the amount of work I knew had to be done and the sheer volume of leaves and mess he pulled out of my gutters and downspouts. It was NO small job. Every bit of debris was cleaned up afterwards, and I was so pleased with his friendly attitude and willingness to fit my house in at the last moment, I have already asked him to come back and power wash my house and deck next week. I recommend him highly!

Charlie Seay was very professional and straight forward. He followed though on all commitments and was very punctual. Also he did an excellent job. He insured all the gutters were cleaned and working properly. I would recommend him highly. In fact, I did.
