The work was well-done. This is the second time that Charlie Seay has pressure washed our home, but this time he also stained the deck for us. He used the best stain available and it looks great.

Charlie did a fantastic job removing the grime, gunk and green build-up from our vinyl siding, deck/pergola, and patio area. He pays great attention to details and the outside area is now ready to enjoy for the season. Great job!

Charlie found a 6 feet area of wood called a soffit behind the gutter that was destroyed and needed prompt attention. . He highly encouraged me to get this done. Hopefully will obtain a carpenter or roofer from Angie's list that can solve this problem. I hope you all will have the same good first impression I had with the work done . It was a great experience. Last December I had arranged for Charlie to mulch our flower beds last during the first week of March. When I called him in mid February to confirm the timing, Charlie offered to start in late February, and we agreed. Charlie and Maurice did a terrific job. There were no surprises. They kept our property neat and clean as they went about their work. Charlie even offered to return in the Spring to spray any weeds in the beds. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Went very well as usual. Compared to other cleaners, who only climb up on roof with a leaf blower and blow out leaves everywhere, Charlie cleans by hand from ladder. All debris is put in bags and gutters are flushed clean with water. Will use again.

We have called Charlie for years now and we certainly will call him again! He has always been very pleasant on the phone as well as in person. He has been washing our house and cleaning our gutters for several years and we have always been pleased with the work he has done! We will definitely use him again!

We have used Charlie for the past several years after finding him on Angie's List. You could not ask for better service! He is friendly, responsive, professional and honest. I would not even think about calling anyone else when I need my gutters cleaned. We have a problem with constantly clogged downspouts that actually caused a leak in our roof. I was asking about expensive gutter helmets and Charlie suggested the MUCH less expensive option of a strainer. I truly feel that he does what is best for his clients rather than what will line his pockets. You can't go wrong by hiring him!

After one contractor failed to show for an estimate I called Seay's Power Wash & Lawn Care and left a message. The call was returned the same day and Charlie Seay came out within a couple days and provided an estimate. The price was good and the work complete within a week. Charlie and his crew did a great job and before finishing up asked me to review what was done to ensure he was providing the service I needed. There were 2-3 small branches on one tree I asked him to remove and he did with no question. Charlie provided an excellent quality service. He is professional and a very nice and likable person. I would recommend him to anyone, and will be getting my house power washed and have other lawn care done this Fall and with some regularity there after.

Charlie and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. I contacted Charlie through email and he called back promptly, and even though I delayed the work, he was very flexible. He cleaned the gutters at two locations and did an outstanding job, avctually scooping out the gutters and putting the leaves and gunk into a trash bag. I have had other companies come and just stick a leaf blower in the gutter and claim they are clean - Charlie did the work the right way. And they cleaned up and washed out the gutters when they were done. The price was reasonable for the quality of the work, and Charlie is just the nicest guy. I will definitely use him again.

Mr. Seay and helper worked about 11/2 hrs. cleaning and flushing my gutters. This is the 3rd or 4th time he has helped me. So much better than the other company who comes by with a leaf blower and is gone in less than 1/2 hr.. Will use again.

Mr.Seay wasVERY prompt in returning my call. I wanted the leaves blown on a specific date and he was able to scheduled the work on the date I requested. Mr. Seay does what he says he will do, you can trust this man. He showed up on time and went above and beyond the service I requested. He was professional and very thorough. I will DEFINITELY call on Mr. Seay again and enthustically recommend him to others. I'm thrilled to find someone fair, conscience, prompt and good - all around good guy!

We had a little bit of a mix-up on the scheduling, but Mr. Seay called as soon as he was available and the timing worked out. My gutters have screwed on aluminum grates. Mr Seay had to remove sections to clean and carefully reinstalled them without losing the screws. The job took a couple of hours and all debris was bagged and removed. I would use this Company again without hesitation.

We are in the process of selling our home, and are not in town often to check in on it. Charlie always does a great job on checking on the home. He kept my ferns alive all summer. He is very honest about his work. There have been occasions that he has called me to let me know that the yard did not need mowed. I have already recommended him to several people because he always does such a great job.
