Charlie came out to the house. The gutters were cleaned first and then the power washing was left until the afternoon so that it was warm enough. Waited until we were satisfied before we paid for the services.

Charlie was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and had an estimate for me within 2 business days. He completed the work promptly and we were very satisfied with the result. We will be using Charlie again for our power-washing and gutter cleaning needs.

Charley Seay arrived on time and aerated my front and back yard. When he finished the front, I started spreading seed but my spreader was not working well. He let me use his broadcast spreader which saved me a lot of time. He was very friendly and did a great job, recommending seed and starter fertilizer. He did a thorough job and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Our house and out-buildings had accumulated "dirt" and mold/mildew on the vinyl siding over a number of years. We kept putting off the task because we did not have the equipment and dreaded the work. Mr. Seay gave us an estimate on a Saturday and came out two days later with an assistant to do the job. They did a great job getting the green growth off of the north sides of our buildings, and left the whole house and outbuildings looking great. It was such a relief to have that job done and off our minds! And the price was very reasonable too!!

I found Charlie on Angie's List to aerate my yard. He was very professional in responding to my requests and easy to work with. He recommended I wait to seed a little later due to the hot weather. By waiting I could also share the rental cost of the aerator with another of his customer's. I ended up having him seed and fertilize because he was so easy to work with. I plan to use him in the future for our gutter cleaning and possibly regular yard mowing/clean-up and have referred others to him. I have yet to meet him in person; all our communication has been by phone. He communicates well and is very responsive. He did an excellent job on our yard, going over several dead grass areas multiple times so the seed would do well. I will definitely use him again.

Job went well and the pressure-washed area looks great. Charlie did more work than originally quoted and he still was willing to standby his original price. Highly recommend.

After researching on Angie's List regarding power washing, Charlie Seay contacted us the morning after we left contact information regarding an estimate. Charlie was able to view the home and bid on the service the same day he called. We are planning for a Labor Day Party and was hoping to have the home cleaned prior to the weekend. We have been impressed with the fact that Seay's Power Washing was able to service the home and have it ready by the weekend. The house looks great, we couldn't be happier with the result! We will definitely use this contractor again next year when we need regular house cleaning!

For reference, in calling a few other providers, they all indicated 1-2 week delay in getting there. Mr. Charlie Seay is a very professional and courteous person who really did a great job with our gutter cleaning. We had actually called for a free estimate on lawn work, but when he arrived my husband had thought of a few other things to ask for estimates on. Mr. Seay was very helpful and extremely reasonable in his rates. We also have two dead trees located on our property near our home that need to be taken down. We obtained a quote from another person who quoted us nearly $2k for the total job. Being on a military income, this wasn't doable for us. Mr. Seay took a look at the trees and offered an estimate that was much more reasonable. We were thrilled with his quotes and will certainly be using his services in the future. While here, he also did our gutter cleaning even though we had not scheduled this service for that day. We were so glad we had him here that day because our gutters were clogged and in dire need of service. Not even a couple of days later we had heavy rains which could have done damage to our home, if not for the exceptional services of Mr. Seay. If you want professional, courteous service with reasonable and affordable rates, you can't go wrong with Mr. Seay. I highly recommend him and I'm looking forward to establishing a long relationship with Mr. Seay for all our lawn care and landscaping needs.

Charlie's the best. He showed up this morning promptly at 9 a.m. to begin the long-awaited (our schedule, not his) pressure-washing of our property. We moved into our new home in January. The first item on my wish list was a thorough pressure-wash of our (white) house that was grimy from years of inattention. The garage floor was hideous, the deck was growing slime and the aggregate sidewalk had grown dark in the ten years since the house was built. Charlie set to work and the difference was noticeable almost immediately. The house turned BRIGHT white as the years of dirt slid off. He climbed up on the roof to clean the upper reaches, The garage door is once again white, the deck is no longer green, the sidewalk is immaculate and the garage floor no longer looks like an oil change pit. He even pressure-washed the inside of my garbage can for me. Now is that service or what?? I was standing in the front yard admiring the progress and noticed that the house was now so white that it almost hurt to look at it in the sunlight. I am always incredibly pleased with Charlie's work (he also handles our gutter-cleaning and lawn care) and today was no exception. The exterior of our home is clean and incredibly white and I'm tickled to death!
