Seay's Power Wash & Lawn Care

I called Mr. Seay to clean my gutters based on his reviews from Angie's List and I'm so glad I did! I called him on Friday, he came to the house on Monday to give me an estimate and was able to do the job on the spot. I was very pleased with his professionalism, quality of work and price point. I wish all service providers could operate like Mr. Seay!

I contacted Mr. Seay on Friday. Mr. Seay came to the house on Saturday, gave me a firm price for the job, and did the job upon my appoval. From start to finish, the job was done PERFECTLY in about 1 hour.

Mr Seay met with me to discuss assorted outside needs. he is very willing to perform assorted tasks and meet my needs. He was great about helping me define my needs and prioritize.

Mr. Seay is very professional and delivers as promised.

Everything went great. They are very reasonable when it comes to price. They are prompt as well.

He was very responsive to my phone call, gave estimate and returned when he said to do service as he stated.

I contacted this provider through angies list almost two weeks ago and never received a response. I will not attempt to contact this provider again.

While the estimate was a bit more than I could afford or paid in the past for similar work, Charlie quickly showed for the estimate which is a bit more than you can say for a lot of other supposed Lawn care professionals. He was quick to respond through e-mails and was always courteous and professional. While I was unable to use his services at the current time I would definitely consider him for future work.

The service experience was great. Called for the service, was advised that it could be done a few days later for an estimated price. Seay and a worker arrived when he said they would, and did a very thorough and professional job, going above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Highly recommend. Wish all service providers were even half as competent.

Charlie called several times ahead of job to make sure we were on the same page. He also was very specific with me in clarifying what I wanted done. They did the job to my satisfaction

Excellent! Charlie returned my call within hours to schedule an appointment. He was prompt and professional. His estimate was very fair. He completed the work on the same day. (We made those arrangements based on the reports I read on Angie's List.) Charlie's work was terrific. In fact, we decided to have him back to install gutter guards on our garage. He offers other services like power washing and lawn care. We will consider him for that type of work too. Strongly recommend Charlie!

We needed to get our gutters cleaned. We called them on 1 March and they said they could come the next day. We had asked for an estimate and they told us if we liked the price they would be able to get right to work. We have a two and a half story house and that was no problem. They came on time and worked hard not only on cleaning the gutters, but made sure that the downspouts were clear as well. We asked for an estimate for some lawn work. Their price was reasonable and competitive. We will use Seay's again.

I called Mr Seay on Friday. He happened to be free and came over to give me an estimate for his service within 20 minutes. The next day, he arrived to do the job on time and finished the work within the time estimate he provided. I havent cleaned my gutters in several years and Charlie put additional time in to unclog several of the drains/downspouts. Despite the extra work, he kept to his original estimate which was very fair due to the number of gutters and the height of two sides of the house. I was extremely pleased with the work. I plan to use his company in the spring to power wash my house and to do our yearly gutter cleaning from now on. I highly recommend him.

Charlie was very professional. He came to give me an estimate the same day I called. He came two days later to do the work and even called to make sure that a Saturday was acceptable. He was very professional and will be coming back at the end of March to help me trim and mulch. He was very honest and forthcoming with his estimate and opinions.

We requested an estimate; Mr. Seay had told us he would arrive prepared to go ahead with the work if the estimate was satisfactory. He called ahead of arriving; arrived timely and with an assistant. We negotiated from the first estimate and asked him to remain and do the work. He was thorough and very professional. He identified and repaired a gutter section that had been damaged by a falling tree and had been overlooked by the crew previously hired to repair tree damage. He and his helper meticulously removed all debris.

Charlie was very professional and nice. He gave me a fair price for a yard that is pretty big. He did a very thorough and clean job, further he offered a very good lawn maintenance advice. I would highly recommend him!

Moved into a new house 9 months ago and hadn't had a chance to get the gutters cleaned... think summer, fall and into the winter! Charlie, came over gave us an estimate, and after the snow melted, as he promised, he called and came out. The job was bigger than he anticipated (I think) because he spent a considerable amount of time and effort cleaning out the gutters. He suggested that based on the amount of debris removed that we have them cleaned more regularly, which I most certainly will in the future. He stuck with his original estimate and was very pleasant to work with. Overall Charlie is a friendly, professional guy who I would certainly use again.

Charlie has been caring for my property in Richmond for at least three years. He has cared for the lawn, as well as cleaned the gutters for me. I live fifty miles out of town, so I had to have someone trustworthy as well as competent. The house that Charlie has taken care of for me was my mother's until she passed away. Then the property was renovated and offered for sale . It was imperative that the curb appeal be maintained during that time. It was also important that the lawn service be done by someone whom I could rely on to let me know when things should be taken care of and then do the work competently and in a workmanlike manner without my having to be there to supervise. Charlie communicates well by telephone and always consulted me about details and prices. He is completely honest and efficient. I always was certain that he did the work as described. And I always was pleased with the result.

I contacted Charlie to get help with my sad, weed-infested yard. Every other company I contacted tried to sell me a complete lawn renovation and/or was very unresponsive to my detailed questions. Charlie responded very punctually, and when he came out, informed me that my yard was not as hopeless as I thought it was. This made me feel better, and we came to an agreement on a plan of action and follow-up care. After speaking with him, I even decided to also hire him to clean my gutters, a task I had used another company for in the past. Charlie showed up promptly when he said he would and started work immediately. Although it was the middle of November and I was a bit skeptical, within two weeks, I had grass growing where previously there were only weeds and bare spots. He even added new mulch and planted a few pansies under a tree that had previously been an eyesore with old mulch and compacted rocks. We still have a little ways to go, but I have every confidence that Charlie will help me to have a nice lawn.

From the beginning, Mr. Seay was friendly, polite, prompt and professional and I am very happy with the work he performed. He did the work he said he would do (and more) at the price he quoted me. There were no unpleasant surprises. Mr. Seay explained what would and would not come clean (rust, for example, would not come clean). He did a great job overall but I was especially happy that after the power washing, the grayed metal hand rails in front of my house were restored to their original white and a big window that is very hard to reach came clean. Mr. Seay even pressure washed the front steps at no additional charge. Also, no plants were harmed. I chose Mr. Seay to pressure wash my house based on meeting him and all the good reviews he's received on Angie's List even though his estimate was $30 more than the last person who pressure washed my house. I think he was worth the extra $30 and that he lived up to all the good reviews I read. In fact, I had to leave before he finished the job but I felt good about what he was doing so I trusted him to continue doing a good job and paid him before he had finished. When I came home everything looked great. I would hire him again.
