I set the appointment. Charlie and his assistant came out on time. They were professional, courteous, and did good work for a fair price. While they were here I hired them to take care of another job for me.

Mr. Seay responded quickly and completed the work in a timely manner. His work is outstanding and completed in a professional manner. He is very easy to work with and has the proper equipment to do an excellent job. I willo consider ujsing his company thre next time I need to have the house and deck cleaned.

I called charlie earlier this week to have him estimate the cost of cleaning the gutters on our new house. We are having a ton of rain in the next couple of weeks and I wanted to get them clean to handle the capacity. He was able to come out in the rain and estimate, and then when the rain broke the next day he came by and cleaned the gutters as soon as possible. This is the second house I have had charlie work with, and will be sure to use him again.

After seeing that another person emailed Charlie on a Sunday, I emailed him the day before Labor Day and he emailed back within a few hours and set an apointment for Labor Day itself. He arrived on time, and did a very thorough and professional job for a reasonable price.

I had a great experience with Seay's. I called to get a quote which I got the same day. The work was complete a few days later. I'll definitely use this company again for my lawn care needs.

The work turned out fine for the amount of money I spent, and I was pleased with them. Mr. Seay was very nice. He was very quick to respond. I chose them based on their ratings on Angie’s List. They were fairly cheap because another provider quoted $1400 for the work, but again the other provider was going to do a lot more, so I don’t know how to compare their prices. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I did tell them I wanted them to come out and aerate the lawn and stuff, and I will probably get that job done.

He was very thorough and professional. The deck looks great, better than it has for some time. I will use him again.

I called Mr. Seay to get an estimate on gutter cleaning and deck power washing and sealing. He came that afternoon and was able to clean my gutters and give me an estimate on the deck. He was very thorough and did a great job on the gutters. He also fixed a loose gutter and cleaned off the porch roof without my asking him to do that. Very professional. I look forward to the deck work which was quoted at a very reasonable price.

I sent a request through angie's list. He came by to give an estimate and had the job done in less than a week. He did a great job and was very professional. I wanted the house power washed for a party and he moved things around to get it done for me. I would definitely use this company again.

I emailed Charlie on Sunday. He promptly responded to the email and was at my house on Monday to give me an estimate. He was able to clean them while he was there. They did a nice job and bagged the debris instead of throwing it on the ground like others in the past. Nice guy and good job. Would definitely call him again.

Mr Seays came out and did a quote before a holiday weekend for yard maintenance and he told me he wouldn't be able to get to it until the following week. By the time he got here the following week as he said he would, the yard was pretty overgrown. He completed the job and stuck to his original quote. I am very pleased with his professionalism and it doesn't hurt that the yard looks good too.

I emailed Mr. Seay about cutting my mom's grass for a Mother's Day present, as she suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and cannot use a push mower, and her riding mower had recently died on her. I just wanted her to get a good cut since I knew her yard was getting out of control and it was bothering her and I couldn't do it because I'm always out of town. Mr Seay emailed me back with a quote right away and was out there to cut it within a week. Because it was so overgrown, he had two cut it twice and charged me a little more than what he usually would, but was still very reasonable! My mom was sooooooo excited to come home from work and see her "golf course" of a yard, complete with all the edging done as well! She was had her yard cut by some of the local companies in her area, but I never remember her going on and on about it as much as she did over Mr. Seay's work :) I mailed him a check the next day, completely satisfied with the outcome of my Mother's Day present! He is punctual, professional, and willing to work with your schedule and needs to give you the best experience possible. My mom is buying a new riding mower now, but I will definitely be keeping Mr Seay's number handy, just in case!

Contacted Charlie Seay via e-mail at night, and he came the next day for an estimate. Arrived to do work on day and time promised. Professional, friendly and VERY CLEAN. We've had others clean our gutters, and they've left debris all over the yard. Charlie left no debris, at all, in our yard. We'll definitely use his services again in the fall.

The company owner called me the night before to confirm the work. He and his assistant showed up on time and worked nearly 6 hours to complete this large job. Results were great -house has never looked so good. Charlie (the owner) is a very nice guy. I felt very good about him working at my home.

They were good. They were responsive, punctual and professional. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Awesome job from start to finish. He knew I really needed my gutters cleaned before the next rainstorm. He made time in his busy schedule to get it done minutes before the next storm arrived.

We called Charlie for an estimate for powerwashing the siding on our home. Even though it was a Saturday, he came right out and was giving us an estimate within an hour. Due to a busy schedule, he couldn't make it out to do the actual work for about another week and a half. When he arrived (on time), he got right to work and did a fantastic job. He even did a couple of other small siding-related fixes for us. Thanks, Charlie!
