+ -1 moreThe appliances were good but the delivery was not. They were supposed to install the icemaker in the refrigerator and he gave me some excuse why he could not do it. My opinion was that I paid for them to install it so whether he needed to bring a different type of pipe or something to do it he should have been prepared to do so. I had to pay somebody else to do it. There also was something wrong with the dishwasher. I thought I had already paid to have the icemaker installed. I also had to have something else done to he dishwasher so that cost me additional.
Description of Work: I bought my last appliance from Sears.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt. They came exactly when they said they were going to come. The service person was professional. He fixed the job and fixed what needed to be fixed. He didn’t try to sell me the extra parts. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Sears - Chesterfield Towne Center for appliance repair in spring of 2011. They did dishwasher repair for me.
