Description of Work: Far as I know, they came to my home, replaced my windshield, then took the old one away. I say as far as I know, I was at work, had no interaction with them. But the new wind shield is in and hasn't fallen out or anything since.

Description of Work: SafeLite is very responsive. And they did a good job. However, the cost was very high. You get what you pay for, but I know you can get this service at a lower cost.
