Unbeknownst to me, as the workers were putting a wrap on windows, they were also chiseling away the woodwork that was there. They used no caulk and the moisture seeped into my walls. I became so ill I could not think straight. Then I brought environmental people in that proved to me what they had done, presented the information and Mr. C****** basically said, SO WHAT? SUE ME. My husband would not sue. On that count Ron lucked out. He and his father are cheesy, sleazy business owners who prey on folks who do not know any better. THERE ARE NO permits required for window replacements by the state. In other words, any old jack leg can come and do the replacements. Ron Crumpton cost us over 100,000.00.......out of pocket. our savings went down the drain. I posted many times back then and his company "disappeared". I check every now and then to see if he is still in business. I have not checked in a year. I'm telling you!! DO not use this guy. I have pics of their work if needed.

Quality windows installed perfectly. Cleaned up and did all work as promised.
