+ -1 moreMr. Rios not only did excellent work, but he was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. Everything was done to my specifications, with high quality and impeccable integrity. When it came time for the rough-in inspection, the city inspector went out of his way to compliment the work that he saw. On the job, Mr. Rios was highly professional -- he was not only friendly and courteous when dealing with me, the customer, but he also interacted well with the other contractors, doing his best to accommodate their schedules and work around them. When I had questions, even if just out of curiosity, he always took the time to explain how things worked and his rationale for taking a particular approach. I was very confident that he had my best interests at heart. I could not be happier with my experience working with Mr. Rios as well as the finished product, and I recommend him without reservation.
Description of Work: Raymond Rios, the owner of Rivers' Integrations, completed the electrical work for two additions -- a bedroom addition in the attic, and a screen porch conversion to a three season room. This included running four new circuits (which involved fishing wires throughout the house); installing four ceiling lights, five ceiling fans with light kits, two smoke detectors, nine wall switches, over a dozen receptacles, and an exterior light; re-wiring an air handler that was moved; and wiring the exterior compressor for a mini-split heat pump.
