Contractor did not respond to contact

Initially the project began fine. I was given an estimate with a detailed scope and a date for when work would begin. When it was close for the work to begin, I had to send an email confirming the scheduled date was still good. I did not get a response until that date had come and gone. I recieved a confirmation that the work would begin on the actual day work began which was a week later. As for the work itself, the driveway was sealed but the cracks were not patched. I actually had one crack that was sealed with what looks like powerwash sediment run off in it. I sent 2 separate emails and was asked to send in pictures of the cracks ( I had requested someone meet me on my property in person)as it is hard to take pictures of the cracks. There was also no communication given on how long to stay off of the driveway. They did come out and fix some of the cracks (I don't think that crack filled with sediment/runoff was patched). I feel as though I as a customer shouldn't have had to work as hard as I did to coordinate the work and what would have happened if I hadn't double checked that the cracks were indeed patched? I am not sure if I would hire them again. It all will come down to how the product holds up.

They were very professional and the company was very easy to work with. Conscientious and go above and beyond. They definitely have great customer service. They were quick to come out and did a great job. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

AWESOME! Every step of the process was great: Brandon, the owner, responded personally and helped me understand what they would do and when they would do it. His team, including Nick, Ricky and Tim, worked very hard over a period of serveral days to get the job done. They are great people who are meticulous about the work they do. The result is that we have a beautifully restored architectural element in our yard that will once again be the setting for first rate outdoor entertaining. Highly recommend Brandon and River City Wrap. They are real pros. The work they did is worth every penny we paid for it.

Brandon and his team spent almost 2 full days making my 24 year old driveway look new. They cleaned it and repaired it and i cant believe how wonderful it looks. Brandon explained everything about the job, crew was prompt, left NO signs of being here afterwards. Angel in his office was also great with info and keeping in touch. Several people thought it was a completely new driveway!~.. Every time I mentioned Brandon and Co., all I heard were glowing reports and he certainly lives up to his reputation. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company! Thanks

We had River City Wrap last week overlay our cracking cement driveway and walkway with aggregate. Took them 3 days which we expected and was told the agenda. This was a very pleasant experience, the project came in on time and on budget. The workmanship is outstanding and was exactly what we contracted for. The crew came out on time, got right to work and explained to us exactly what to expect and when. The owner, Brandon stopped by once the driveway was completed, reviewed the work and then explained what we needed to do in order make sure the work set properly. We are very happy with the work by the crew Time, Chad, Nick & Ricki and would highly recommend this company for applying aggregate.

Amazing. They were prompt in responding; got to the job the next week; quality was superb and then Brandon came back a day later to check on it and make sure we were pleased. His man Tim did the work. Tim actually came back out to repatch an area that they wanted to fix better. Superior customer service. I am recommending them to all my neighbors. Great job!!

They did a great job on the sidewalks. I have had several compliments on the work. They arrived at the job the time they said they would be here. Brandon from River City Wrap was really good to work with and I would definitely hire them again.

Brandon came to the estimate appointment on time. Since we were not sure about the color we wanted, he left a case of samples with us and picked them up a few days later after we made a decision. The team arrived promptly and completed the job in the estimated amount of time. The team did a good job cleaning up and Brandon stopped by after the job to make sure everything turned out to our satisfaction. The service was performed in Oct 2014 and as of this review (June 2017) it has held up very nicely. No loose stones or other issues have arisen. Have received many compliments about how good the driveway looks.

Owner/installer very pleasant; job was done well and on time .Prices are competitive. It took several phone calls and email messages to finally get the warranty(about 7 weeks after the work was done). The need to keep calling/email as it took more than one call/email to get a response colored the whole experience. Had the warranty been given at the time of work was completed, I would have given them an "A".

In 2011, I had my concrete pool deck resurfaced by A.Leigh Construction with DeltaStone Epoxy overlay. The company gave me a full five year warranty. By the end of the first summer, the stones started falling into the pool and continued to do so each summer afterwards as I tried to get the provider to honor his warranty. He blamed it on faulty epoxy and would not do anything. It had become so bad by the summer of 2015 that it hurt visitors' feet to walk across the pool deck, especially my grandchildren who love the pool. As the summer was coming to a close, I knew I had to do something so I called River City Wrap after seeing their ad. . When the owner, Brandon, saw the condition of my deck, he said he really couldn't warranty a "band aid" repair job due to the flaws in the previous contractor's work, but would redo the pool deck for $5,000 ($2,000 discount). He also offered me free sealing for 2016 and rescheduled other jobs to complete the work before an important end of summer family get-together. I really enjoyed working with Brandon even though it was painful for me financially to have to pay twice for this job. Obviously it was not his fault, and he tried to give me a good deal. I do think the crew working on the project could have done a better job cleaning up after their work was completed which accounts for the B rating on professionalism, however, Brandon was very professional. I want to have longer to observe the endurance of this overlay before rating it an A in quality. The last 5 years have been very stressful trying to get the previous provider to honor his warranty. I am hopeful this will be a good decision.

Totally outstanding work. I waited 5 months to write this evaluation to make sure I gave correct information to prospective customers. Brandon is one fine...first class young man and a contractor who does exactly what he says he will do...and does the work when he says he will do the work. Class all the way. Our sidewalk did not have any cracks, but did have a low side for about 15 feet. Water covered half the sidewalk after every rain. Brandon leveled the whole sidewalk. He stated that water would NOT lay on the surface after the overlay was made. WOW! No more water on the sidewalk. Our sidewalk is absolutely beautiful. All our neighbors and friends tell us how nice it looks and wished theirs looked half as nice. His price was very reasonable. I actually thought it would cost over $2,000. First class contractor and crew and first class results.

It went very well. Explained the process and showed us what the finished product would look like. Provided addresses of driveways he had covered for us to look at. Easy to contact. Showed up and did the work in the time framed promised. One of the best contractors we have ever worked with. Did a great job.

Brandon was great to work with. He promptly came back to correct an area that I thought needed more stone because I could see the aggregate underneath. It looks great. I do think the stone is slippery with certain shoes on so be aware of this. My kids slipped twice on it when running with cleats on.

River Wrap is an excellent new product on the market. Having had patios and driveways done prior, this is the best yet!

We were happy with the end product.

Brandon came when he said he would, gave a very reasonable estimate, and returned to do the work on the date/time he scheduled. The walkway had two tripping hazards and he fixed both. One fix required some creativity, power tools and extra materials, but the original estimate did not change and the walk looks great - almost like new, and it is 25 years old! We would highly recommend Brandon and his company to deal with hard surface issues.

Brandon did an excellent job on our driveway and walkway. We had significant cracks in one section and he was able to repair and seal them. I also had some rust stains and mud that needed to be moved before sealing. He dealt with all of it perfectly. He came out gave the estimate, and started the work just a few days (first warm ones) after I accepted the proposal. He gave references that were close to my home and explained, in detail, the process. Holes were filled cracks repaired and I have a 3 year warranty. I highly recommend them!
