Darius and his team were wonderful to work with! I was blown away by his communication. We are building a house and it hasn't gone so well. I've ended up finding several vendors myself. I was fortunate to find RCC. After work I would come home and gather my notes, write emails and in general keep up with the project. I expected that my emails would be answered in the morning, not with Darius, he would answer within minutes, well after 7pm and on the weekends. The came in and laid the floors in two days, the majority of our house has hardwoods, installed shoe molding, covered and taped the floors the next day. A true show of kindness, they hauled 9 extra boxes of hardwoods back to the store we purchased them at, no charge, no fuss. I just asked if they would mind and they take care of it the next day, they even brought the return receipt back to the house. I enjoyed working with them, if only I'd found them when we were planning to build. I would definitely have used them!
