Very thorough. He let me know what was going to be done and followed up when done to be sure everything was satisfactory.

I am extremely happy with the work. The house shines and the deck work was particularly impressive. I have had the deck done by others in the past and no one has taken the time to make sure the sealer soaked in appropriately. These guys did that and more. I could not have done it better myself nor could I imagine any doing a better overall job. I am very pleased and will definitely be looking to hire them in the future.

Really well. Anthony returned my call within an hour of leaving a message inquiring about power washing. He was coming off a job and was dirty, but he ran home showered and came out to our house the same day to give a quote. We were moving and trying to get our house in shape to put on the market. He worked with us to do the service as quickly as possible so that we could have windows washed afterward. What a nice guy. GREAT price. The house was literally gleaming afterward. He is very careful not to do anything that would strip paint from surfaces. He will be honest with you about what will come off of gutters and downspouts and what might not (we had him out in the middle of the winter and he admitted one of the gutter mildew cleaning chemicals is just not effective at temps lower than about 70. I appreciated the honesty.. they still came out looking great). just a nice guy. Took him only a few hours. He was respectful. Didn't come into the house and track anything around. He kept working in the light rain. Just a respectable guy. Also very respectful of our family and our needs. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

Anthony did a great job. He quote was fair, and his work was good. I would definitely use him again -- and will, this fall, to have my house washed!

Anthony provided an on-site estimate the day I called him. His estimate was very competitive compared to other estimates, and I set up requested times to do the work. He was very flexible in scheduling and accomplishing the work to at the time I needed, all while making allowances for wet and/or cold weather. Anthony did all the work himself, and paid great attention to details. My aggregate driveway and stamped concrete patio look good as new, and the fence appearance is greatly improved. I will plan on hiring him again the next time the same work needs to be done.

Provider power washed my house which was dirty and moldy after the winter. He was punctual, efficient and careful to the extent thaat the siding was completely dirt and mold free when he finished. Very nice job at a reasonable price.

Great job. Called and we discussed sq. footage of house and garage on phone. Based on that they gave an estimate and I verbally agreed. They said they would be out to do job on next warm enough day (we contracted ion February), and they were out a couple days later and it looks great. Nice Job!

We contracted Mr. Reyes to power wash and seal our 30' x 6' front porch, wash the exterior of the house and power wash the metal car port. Mr. Reyes came the same day we called to inspect the job, explain the procedure, and give us a price. We were very pleased at how reasonable the price was. He arrived when expected, did all of the work himself and was very thorough and professional. The house looks so much better. We will certainly use Reyco Power Washing and Sealing again.

Anthony, the owner arrived on time to give me an estimate. It was lower than the other two estimates and he was willing to include wooden enclosures around the A/C units and trash cans at no cost. Anthony worked most of one morning to pressure wash the deck then came back the next day to stain/seal it. He put one coat of stain on the deck, enclosures, and our wooden swingset. He was conscientious about protecting the house and trim from the stain and worked hard. Given his work ethic, reasonable pricing, and professionalism I will call Reyco again in a few years when we need additional powerwashing/stain work done.

Reyco Power Washing & Sealing did a wonderful job at a really good price. He did a magnificent job. We have a pretty big house. I've never had the gutters cleaned the way he cleaned them. He was fast, efficient and on time.

Anthony took on the task of sealing our deck (after powerwashing) with a new product, "Restore A Deck." Before starting, he thoroughly researched how to properly apply the product. He worked diligently to achieve what we believe are exceptional results. We have used him for deck sealing and power washing (multiple times) in the past. Terrific work. Reasonable prices.

Mr. Reyes responded quickly, gave an estimate within 2 days and did the work within the week, I am pleased with the work - the house looks great, the drive way looks brand new, and even my deck (which previously looked like it needed to be replaced) looks presentable. He was very professional. I will use him again in the future.

Very pleased with quality of service and professionalism. Arrived right on time and got right to work. Was very careful with my newly planted roses. Took extra care not to get deck stain on house. Power washing results excellent! House sparkles like new, even under the streetlight at night! Small repairs to deck before stain/seal applied look good. Even went the "extra mile" and washed my detached shed and garden box! Estimate was for decks and house only. Would definately recommend and will use again when needed.

Everything went smooth from start to finish. I was able to get a quote within two days of calling and the work was performed within the following week and a half. All of the work was performed as was agreed upon and in a timely fashion, as expected.
