+ -1 moreThey were too busy to work on my repair but he recommended another company that did come out and satisfactorily completed the analysis. As it turned out, we did not need a repair. just needed to thaw out the unit.

+ -1 moreAfter an initial service appointment costing $180, we were told that the root cause was leaving the freezer door open. It took three additional visits, an extra technician, and $680 in labor and materials to address multiple issues with the freezer. Our unit is now back to cooling and making ice. While the issue was fixed, it required much more time, money, and coordination than I would have expected.
Description of Work: Our standalone freezer unit stopped making ice and would only intermittently cool.

Description of Work: I would love to give this company a review, but no one showed up to do the work. The appointment was made on 11/18 for the following Tuesday (11/22/2011) between the hours of 1 - 5 PM. I made sure I wrapped up my pre-Thanksgiving errands in time to be at my home at 12:30pm. It is 5:20 pm and no repairman and no courtesy phone call to let me know that the technician would not be coming. I will not be using this company in the future.
