+ -1 moreHe came in to help me get permits after an unlicensed contractor did some awful work then lit out when a stop work order was placed on my door. We thought it would be a simple issue of redoing the work to get the permits, but not for this job. Turns out the house in not in compliance with zoning regs, and so we also had to get exceptions to allow for the permit. I don't know how I would have done it without Michael's assistance.
Description of Work: An unlicensed contractor had misrepresented himself, then left when the DC govt. put a a stop work order on my door. Hard to find people who would help me do the drawings/plans needed to get permits to redo the work. Michael came through a contractor who agreed to help me out. He could not have been better to work with. He has done drawings, walked through the permitting process, then the zoning process when it turned out to be a problem as well. Throughout, he has been professional, accurate, a good communicator, and persistent (thankfully). I would happily use him again on design needs.
