+ -1 moreThey knew the Richmond area very well. She was very helpful and very responsive. She knew the area very well. She even walked with us to search for a couple of weeks. She was very professional in that way and she answered all of our questions in a timely manner.
Description of Work: We used Joyce Burkeen of Prudential Slater James River as our real estate agent when we bought a house.

+ -1 moreAmy Rosencrance is the BEST realtor I have ever worked with!! She hands down not only made our relocation smooth, but she went above and beyond and pulled listings that she found outside of the standard MLS listings just to try and help us find a house. She was always prompt and friendly, and sent us houses that matched our criteria perfectly. We plan on buying a home in spring of 2015 and we won't be using anyone but her. I wish that the realty company managing our rental were half as good as her!!!
Description of Work: We relocated to the Richmond area from Houston, Texas. We are currently renting and there were very few available homes to rent.
