The repair was fast and well done.
Description of Work: The repairman was very knowledgeable about all brands of garage door openers. He was quickly able to get the new one I installed working properly. He noticed the garage door was hard to lift and checked the overhead spring. It was older and not the correct size for the door. He replaced both door springs. Now the openers don't work hard and I can lift either door with 2 fingers. They slide as they should. These openers should now last a good long time.

Description of Work: I paid to have my garage door serviced but ended up having to buy a new one. Precision Door was great to work with. They explained all the problems with the old door and springs and gave me a very reasonable quote for a new one. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and punctuality of the employees and the price and quality of the new door as well as the workmanship. They will definitely be servicing my door in the future.
