Simply put, Pollard and Bagby are the WORST property management company I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. They are extremely disorganized and almost comically incompetent. In one example, they said they didn't receive my rent check and charged me a late fee. I just assumed that it got lost in the mail, so I sent another rent check with a late fee. A couple weeks later, I see that both the original rent check and the second replacement check cleared my account. It turns out they 'found' my originally lost check, and deposited both of them. It literally took forty minutes of explaining to three different people what happened before somebody finally understood. When I tried to get them to refund my late fee, they refused! Extremely shady 'landlords'. Avoid like the plague.
