Had an appointment with them to come out on Friday because I took off work and would be home yet noone showed. I called back to re-schedule an appointment and they came out on the next business day without calling first. When they arrived earlier than the appointment time noone asked me anything and just sprayed around. The price wasn't bad but very basic services.

This was his second visit. Joe had come to the house previously to take care of this issue. He told us that since the baby birds were still in the nest, he wouldn't be able to cap the vent until they left. He also didn't want to harm the birds (my wife really appreciated that). He suggested we wait until the birds left. On 1 July, he returned to clean out and cap the vent opening. He noticed that the vent was still blocked even though he cleaned out a lot of debris from the nest. His opinion was that the nest was further in than he could reach. He recommended we contact a chimney sweeper to clean out the duct. What amazed me the most is that he did not charge us for either visit. That says a lot about Joe and his ethics and represents the company well.

He did notice that I had ants starting to enter the house through a window. He sealed the crack and sprayed the ant trail as a courtesy.

They were very efficient, professional, and finished the job on time. I loved that the materials were all organic and could be used around our pets without side effects.

I continue to use them since I have an annual contract with them. They do quarterly application if their are issues with ants. I talk to them to come to my house and address it. They offer quality work. They are very responsive and very reliable.

They are very flexible. They are very prompt and responsive. They are a small outfit, and are very, very good. The overall experience is excellent. They are very thorough and personable. They are very good about giving us notice and giving us a day that works for them, and if I can't be there I can just give them a call. They come when they say they will. I would use Pest Solutions, Inc. in the future.
