+ 4 moreIt went very well. Paul Davis Restoration was suggested to me by my insurance company as being the best contractor around. They said to hire them if they were available.I had never employed them before. They have a wonderful reputation. It is well deserved. All their staff is competent, hard working , talented, easy to work with, responsive to phone calls, honest, pleasant to be around. They have good taste and good sense.
Description of Work: Pipes broke in pool house ceiling during hard freeze, flooding house. Ceiling and walls and flooring had to be taken out and replaced. Floor was replaced, bathroom cabinet was replaced. Sink was replumbed. Before any work was done the whole horrible mess had to be cleaned up and water had to be removed and furniture had to be removed.

Work went very well. Paul Davis Co was recommended by my ins co as being the best in town. Two other companies not quite as highly ranked were also mentioned. Davis Co came quickly. They assessed the situation and sent a good crew. They are knowledgeable, hard working, personable, honest. , They tried to leave things in better shape than they found them. You cannot look at the walls and ceiling and tell that they were patched and painted. The paint job was great. They are easy to work with and you are happy to have them in your house. The quality of all work was very good(. I have had house remodeling done in Atlanta, Fayetteville, AR, and Dallas. over the last 30 years, so I have some basis for comparison. )
Description of Work: Frozen broken pipe in pool house ceiling flooded house. We needed extensive repairs -- clean up, new floor , new cabinet, lots of drywall and ceiling repair, new ceiling, paint ,plumbing repair etc. .
