All went well. William is very through and conscious of his work. He was so reasonably priced that I can afford to have him 2 times a year. He also gave us a bottle of spot remover.
Description of Work: I had 8 area rugs which included 2 wool, a set of stairs, landing and hallway. William used 2 different types of cleaners and explained everything in detail. There was no odor, as I'm highly sensitive to chemicals. They are a green company and safe for my dogs. The rugs dried almost immediately so no problem with water damage to my hardwood floors or bleeding in my carpets. I pre-vacuumed and he still pulled up a quantity of dog hair.

The service went extremely well. I was very impressed with how professional the technician was. He was very knowledgeable about his product, and explained exactly what he was going to do. The end results were impeccable and very well worth the price. I would definitely recommend Oxi Fresh of Greater Richmond to any customer that wants to not only clean their carpets and upholstery but freshen them as well.
Description of Work: The provider cleaned my carpet, steps, ottoman, and chair.
