+ 1 moreI have copies of her contract and initial estimate she lying about 10,000 I also have letters from the contractor who had to come in and rebuild the patio completely! He lists structural issues, code issues and the whole job was smaller than our contracted size which I have emails that I brought this to mrs Campbell's attention. We have pursued our complaint with the state and are working close with them if she only spent 4 days on the job why was it over a month out from payment to me having to go elsewhere! This lady is not only dishonest she is unethical I am not the first person she has stolen from but I will work hard to make sure I am the last!
Description of Work: Beware of Brenda Campbell and Outback Construction we contracted her in July to build a patio for us. She asked for 80% up front due to the cost of material being most of the job. After a month of going back and forth she did not complete the job and left our property. She will not answer numerous phone calls and emails to resolve the issues or refund our money. We had to hire another contractor to come in and tear her mess out and build us a beautiful patio. They started and finished in three days. After a month of trying to get Outback to fulfill there obligations we were forced to take legal action. We have filed a complaint against her contractors license as well. The mess and heartache she caused my family was worse than the monetary damages. This lady and here company are unethical and unprofessional I would not recommend them to anyone
