 + -1 moreHis crew severed our natural gas line in the first week. After that, there was no crew, just Mr. Brady. Rather than replace the rotted railroad timber wall, he extended the replacement out at least one yard. He kept raising the price. We have paid him more than the quoted price and the job is still unfinished. To make a long story short,it was an ugly situation. We now know he was not licensed during any of the time he was working on our property, despite what he told us. He has since deserted the job.
Description of Work: We hired Mr. Brady without getting another quote because we have been acquainted with him many years. He gave us a price to replace an existing retaining wall and the steps beside it and to re-lay an existing brick patio. The quote was $20,225.00. This was all written on a piece of paper from a spiral notebook. Not a good sign.
