Not well- the contractor tried to sell their services very hard. They quoted a price (they told me they would look at the property to provide the quote), and I agreed. we settled on a date for services- which was the latest date possible to avoid a fine from the City. The contractor agreed to call me when they cut the yard. I had to call the contractor (they had promised to follow up with me). This was the day after they were to have completed the work. Only then did they tell me they would not honor the price they quoted for the job. I would not recommend this contractor.

They do a good job overall and I've been fairly happy with the housecleaning services that I've got like anytime. If there are problems or questions, she resolves it quickly and she's really friendly on top of it. It just works out.

It was a good experience, and everything went well. Nora arrived on time, was responsive when we called to schedule, and did a good job with the windows. We'd actually use her again if necessary.

Nora was a little late arriving because we have a confusing address. She arrived with a helper and quickly removed several loads of step stools, buckets and cleaning supplies from her car. She didn't need instructions, just came in and got to work as though she had done the job a million times. Nora took part of the house and her helper took part of the house. They cleaned everything as they got to it, vacuuming, dusting, washing woodwork, windows, even light fixtures. Nora was even on her hands and knees washing my hardwood floors. When they finished the whole house was spotless, even the interior of my microwave/convection oven. They worked for 3 hours and even stayed a few minutes late to finish up to their satisfaction. I highly recommend Nora the Cleaning Lady.

I have tried several cleaning companies. They did the best by far. Our bathrooms and kitchen have never been cleaner.

There was a difficulty experience by the provider in scheduling the service. No follow up until I contacted them regarding a refund. I received a prompt and pleasant communication from Nora's Cleaners to contact Angie's List for a refund and am doing so now. (Not sure of precise date in September of contact)

They were unable to provide service as my windows did not meet the criteria of the deal.

Two women came out and I also contracted them for an extra hour. I had them clean top to bottom of my home. They dusted, vacuumed the floors and did a basic house cleaning. They brought their own cleaning supplies. Scheduling them was just fine. I also asked them for pricing for weekly/bi-weekly housecleaning prices for their services, but unfortunately they did not respond back to me for that.

Very good service, will use again.

Set up appointments for the work to be done many times and each time they didn't show up

Nora was great to work with. Weather caused us to cancel the first scheduled appointment but Nora worked with us to reschedule on a mutually convenient date. She showed up with a big smile and ready to get to work. She took her time and worked tirelessly to ensure the windows were spotless. She was so kind to my aging parents. It was a joy to have her in our home and i would absolutely recommend her. I am trying to talk my Mom into having her house cleaned by Nora once a month. Thank you Nora! I hope you are enjoying the moving pads i shared with you. i discovered that I forgot to give you one of the smaller ones. if you want it, just let me know.

Did a great job. My only complaint is that I ordered the service on November 11, 2013 as a "deep cleaning" to prepare for the Holidays and because of demand on the cleaning service, I did not get my "deep cleaning" until January.

Nora and her staff arrived on time. They were friendly and professional. Nora asked if I had any preferences for having several items cleaned. They made quick work out of cleaning our house and did a great job.

This certificate was used to thoroughly clean a house that someone had moved out & I chose this company because they specifically said they handle cleaning for move outs & move ins. The owner came by to check the house out & if she felt it was too much for the money, this is when she should have stated, we cannot do this job. Instead, she said they will do and when the owner of the house was dissatisfied, she said she would return the money, money was never received & the owner of house called back & she said she spoke out of turn & could come & redo. They came back and owner of house was still dissatisfied. Owner of house stated they did not clean bathrooms thoroughly leaving crud around the tub. Did not clean floors and was told mopping is extra, but that wasn't written in the description I read on what they do when they come out. Floors were not cleaned, window sills, vents, etc., just a lousy job. She had the opportunity when she first came out to deny the job, but she did not. It made me look bad too because I chose her for the job based on the description of what she said would be done!

The cleaning team descended and left no dirt, dust, or cat hair behind!

Nora does excellent work, however, when I hire a cleaning service for a certain day of the week I expect that it will be done. I also expect the cleaning service to show up within the hour of our bi-weekly scheduled time. I plan my appointments and errands around this set day and time. Unfortunately, Nora was unable to meet this scheduled time. Also, because it is just Nora on a full time basis (sometimes she had various people working with her) she occasionally called to reschedule or cancel due to personal issues. The last cleaning, Nora was 3 hours late! Although I called her cell phone and left voice messages I never received a phone call from her. When she showed up she apologized and said her phone had died. Because she had charged her phone at my home in the past I asked her if she could not charge it where she was. She said that she could not. I dropped the subject but I guess I would have expected her to either ask to use their phone or go to a pay phone to let me know that she did not forget about our appointment and that she was running late. We mutually agreed that I am better suited for a larger company. That way, if my regular house cleaner cannot make it, they can send someone else and I don't have to distrust my schedule. Also, I gave her a key to my home on her first visit but she continually had to have us open the door for her because she couldn't find my key. She said that she knew that it was at her house somewhere but she hadn't found it yet. I have yet to get my key back.

I initially contacted them I believe it was the 27th of December. I contacted 4 cleaning companies, 2 didn't come to my area, 1 came out, and Nora didn't respond for over a week. By that time I had hired someone else as we were on a very tight schedule trying to get our house on the market. When she finally responded she said the email had never sent and ended up in her drafts folder. But that doesn't explain the phone call not returned earlier in the week. I would not hire them based on unreliability.

That turned out very well. They did a great job. They were flexible with their timing. They were also very professional. They brought out a couple of workers and they finished while I was at work.

The first visit went ok. It was enough time to part of the yard. Since I allowed them to dump the leaves at the back of my property they also did not have removal or dump fees. Keep in mind they remove and cleanup and are not landscapers. My wife and I needed to guide them so our flowers and expensive bushes remained. Since I now had part of the yard done I hired them to finish the job. I even hired them to do my daughters yard, which was to be cleaned the day after mine. That was about 2 weeks ago. Since that time the did text my wife for the next 2 days regarding weather delays. They promised to be here the 3rd day. That is the last I heard from them. Repeated calls, texts and emails to him and Nora went unanswered. My daughter and I are now looking for someone to finish the job. I can only say two words BUYER BEWARE! They are a small start up company who is overloaded, so expect delays and reschedules.

It was very good. It's been a while since they were here. The provider was very professional, timely, easy to deal with and they did a good job. They came out within a month of me purchasing the deal and I added a couple of extra windows so I spent about $108 in total. It was well worth the costs and the person who I spoke to was good to deal with.
