Very incomplete cleaning. Specific instructions given. Should have been easy as home was a move-in and empty of furniture.

Darnell and Gregory arrived within the window of time they said they would. They did 2 hours of yardwork (total of 4 man hours). They were pleasant and did exactly what I wanted them to do. My yard looks great. I would definitely use Nora the Cleaning Lady again.

Services have not been confirmed or scheduled. Charged my credit card yet have not provided services. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint on both Angie's List and Nora - The Cleaning Lady

Nora and coworker arrived promptly with good communication regarding schedule, they immediately got to work! I think I have decided many call themselves cleaning people not all truly are! Nora and staff really know how to clean - they moved furniture to clean around it! Everything was very clean they did an excellent job! My husband is very picky and he is very pleased with the job they did! You can't go wrong calling Nora! We look forward to many future cleaning days!

I purchased the big deal on angies list to have 15 windows cleaned for $100 . Nora contacted me to arrange a date to do the work . I arranged for someone to be home to let her in . She contacted me prior to job start time and wanted to know if she could come early I said sure no problem . I recieved a phone call back and Nora said do you have sliding windows ? I responded I have regular windows not the ones that slide out to be cleaned she said I cant do it find someone else . The odd part in all this is that I was never asked when originally contacted about my type of windows . My windows are standard everyday windows same found in almost all homes can't really understand why this happened .

Nora visited prior to first cleaning and didnt raise an eyebrow to all my picky specifications . (Our house is newly built). She told me wants to do what the homeowner wants (they all say that), but she really did do it how I wanted it. She and Lorena worked really hard for several hours seemingly without a break, and the house looks so good.They went above & beyond my expectations. My sink hasnt looked this good since it was new, and ditto for the microwave with all its smudgy fingerprints on the stainless steel. I've been cleaning myself because I wanted someone very conscientious about their work, but reasonably priced, and Nora is definately it. I also like that hers is a small company, so there won't be new people traipsing in the house when were not here. I'm very pleased!!

The provider showed up on time. Nora and her crew were kind, professional, and very accommodating to working around a pregnant lady and a dog in the house. They did everything they were asked. Work was done quickly and thoroughly. They used mild / eco friendly cleaning products at our request. We would definitely hire them again.

When I called Nora, she told me that she isn't responsible for the home organizations any longer. She also told me that I needed just call and get my money back.

Company can't clean my type of windows.

Nora didn't show up. I talked to her over the phone and I was excited and looking forward to her service but she didn't come and she didn't call.

Two cleaners arrived slightly early rather than late. One appeared to be a trainee and rather reserved but the other was very friendly and outgoing. They started immediately and continued to move fast. They did a great job on each window and carefully cleaned up any dust, debris, etc. that inadvertently fell to the floor. I really enjoyed having them here, they were so pleasant. And my house sparkles because of the clean windows. I have the information to reach Nora the Cleaning Lady and intend to use them as often as I need the services. We even exchanged cleaning tips! Loved hers and hope she tries mine.

We were really happy! They went above and beyond. They were there for the full amount of time, plus a little more, and we were happy with the end result.

That went very well. Two housecleaners came out and they stayed for a long time. We did have some scheduling issues, but that worked out fine. This seemed like a small company, when I called I would get a family member and then they would have to relay those messages to the housecleaners and sometimes there would be miscommunication. They did bring their own cleaning supplies. They are very good at what they do.

We rescheduled a few times, I asked them about cleaning screens also, even if extra. Bt hey came out and the windows don't open inward so they didn't do. I mentioned the age and type of the windows and they said fine but I don't think it meant anything until they saw them.

What can I say when a company is unresponsive? I assume they do not need my business.

Excellent service. Very professional and did exactly what I requested in my garden areas.

Nora came into my house with all her supplies to perform the work. We identified the windows that needed to be cleaned. She cleaned the first one and asked me to look at it to make sure I was ok. I made her a comment about one part and she cleaned it and did same to all the others. i recommend Nora 100%.

I contacted her and asked her to give me a range of dates she would be able to do the cleaning. I gave her 3 dates I was available; she responded with 1 date that she was available. I let her know that I was not available that date and expected to hear back from her. Instead I then had to track down her contact information to call her and get a date scheduled. We ended up scheduling the work for yesterday and she did not show up and just messaged me saying we needed to schedule "a new block of time". I would rather work with someone who shows up when they say they will.

Nora brought three helpers. One had trouble with one of the pull out windows, so she asked for help. This was very good, because otherwise she could have broken the window. Nora gave me some tips on cleaning windows. I was pleased her group cleaned the sills, also. I would definitely use her again. She also has a house-cleaning service. I recommend Nora the cleaning lady.

Cleaned everything. Had me inspect. I had a lab and a furry cat at home. She did a great job tackling that pet hair! It was in great condition for the buyers that wanted a spic and span home ready for them! I was able to leave a key so she could get in the home. She was very professional. All was perfect when I arrived to pay. When I scheduled she was quick to call back and was very accommodating. I ended paying her more than what she asked. She deserved it! She made it very easy during our moving process.

Nora and her team were super nice and helped me get a jump start on spring cleaning! They did a terrific job of dusting and making my hardwood floors look like new. Will use them again in the future.

She came with two other people and they did a great job! She did a great job with the first cleaning and I have hired her for biweekly cleaning services and have been regular services since February. She will provide her own products, but she will use something you provide if you specifically ask her to. She always lets me know if she is running late and texts to keep me informed.

Very well - Nora was timely and able to squeeze me in as close to our "event" as possible! You couldn't tell that we only paid for a certain number of hours. She did a great job of doing a overall clean but then spent more time doing a thorough clean in areas that had the most impact. So impressed that we are now looking at using her regularly!

Their page had suggested that they would work here but when I called them they would not come out.

Showed up a few minutes late for initial consultation/price quote. Showed up a few minutes late for actual cleaning appointment. Dusted, wiped down surfaces, cabinets, baseboards. Polished surfaces. Vacuumed carpets and cleaned wooden floors. Completed duties in a timely manner. Missed two areas in the house which I didn't notice until after they left. MY fault. I should have done a more thorough walk-through when they were done. Very pleasant people to work with. Would hire again.
