How did it go? - Fabulous! We planned on a total re-do of our master bathroom and we wanted a number of high end features without the high end price. We got quotes from four other contractors and they were all higher than New Earth's but Bert came highly recommended by Renovation Resources. This was our first remodel ever so we were pretty nervous but Bert saw us through the whole quoting process and documented every piece of the job. Bert responded to all of our emails and phone calls in a timely manner and then it was time to start the demolition. Bert said he was going to arrive at 8:00 a.m. and he did! He consistently showed up when he was supposed to and kept us informed throughout the project (we both work during the day). Bert and his team kept the work area clean and did a fantastic job of the tile install. We had a glitch with the radiant floor heating system which required him to rip up the entire floor after it had been grouted and sealed and the cabinets installed. He dealt with this problem professionally and resolved the issue. We also had him repair some drywall throughout the rest of the house and he repaired a wall we hadn't even asked for without charging us. I can highly recommend Bert because his price is reasonable, his work is very professional and he goes the extra mile. We have some other projects planned and we'll definitely use him for those as well. We've heard so many contractor horror stories and New Earth is the fairy tale we all hope for!
