Without a doubt the worst experience every. My eyes still tear up when I think about what I have lost and this company has made no effort to replace. If you place any value on any items that need to be moved, I would not hire this company, EVER

At first, I thought everything had gone fine. They showed up on time and were professional. After the moved everything, though, I realized that they had not used any furniture pads! My furniture is badly scratched. The worst was my bookcase, though. It has iron legs. When we went to place it in the house, it wouldn't stand up. My husband turned it over to discover that they had broken one of the legs off and simply screwed it back on in a different place! From the front it wasn't noticeable, but the bookcase won't stand. These guys offered a good deal and a guaranteed price (which they honored) but I would never use them again. There was no care taken with my belongings.

We recently moved and hired Two Guys and a Truck to unload our EZ Box because our new house sat on a hill. They were extremely professional, careful with our furniture as well as our walls, and even arranged the furniture in each room exactly as we wanted it. I would definitely recommend them in the future. Even though they were Redskins fans, they even carried in our Cowboys stuff and were even careful with it!

They were so good the first time that I requested some of the same team members for the second move. They were very fast. Not dawdling to increase the fee for the in-town move, which charges by the hour. My stuff was as well taken care of as you can expect with a moving company. The guys went the extra mile on the second move and waited (not paid by the hour for this job) for me to loosen hinges on a door so that they could remove it and get a large piece of furniture in the room that I wanted it in. Most companies would have just said they couldn't do it. I highly recommend them!

When I called to make a reservation, I was asked to provide a deposit, which I did. I was told the move would require four men and I would receive a receipt and confirmation. I never received a receipt for the deposit and I had to call twice to confirm the appointment. Only three men showed up. They arrived on time and prepared to move, but had erroneous information on what was to be moved. The truck leaked and our only sofa and chair got wet. The movers reported it and I spoke with someone at the company office. To their credit, they contacted a furniture cleaning person who came to look at the damage. There are water stains on the furniture; the cleaner told me he was coming back the next day to clean the covers on the furniture (it had removeable covers- Ikea style). When the cleaner was supposed to arrive, I received a phone call from this moving company saying they were not going to clean the furniture after all because it was not stained and I was just trying to get my furniture cleaned at their expense. I will make arrangements to get the furniture cleaned at my own expense at this point but I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The move itself went very well... the movers were very prompt and completed the move within the 2 hours estimate. My only problem was that a stairwell window was broken during the move. The house and window are very old and current building codes required the use of safety glass instead of regular glass. Two Guys would only pay for regular glass and left me to pay the difference, citing an inability to pay for "upgrades."

The movers were very careful in the handling of my furniture and items.

Very pleased with their service. They came when they said, charged what they said they would and the movers were very professional and personable. They had an hourly rate and low minimum number of hours required - basically $198 minimum which was $98 travel charge plus one hour of labor at $98. Other companies I called had much higher minimum hours required for hourly rate.

The move went very well. The two guys arrived a bit early, assessed the move, and got the job done. They were very careful with the items. Upon arriving at the destination, they made sure the furniture would fit, and how it would be arranged. The whole job was done quickly and on budget.

We had 4 guys total who showed up on time and were very courteous. They worked hard, taking few breaks, and were careful with our items. They finished the job by 6:00 PM, after arranging furniture where we wanted it, laying some area rugs, etc. I would definitely recommend them and the cost was reasonable.

They were great and very respectful. They were a well organized company that wasn't worried about the money, but more worried about pleasing the customer. The name was something else and it was two men who bought them out.

We called them to have my furniture moved out of the basement so we could put a new floor down. Once we got the floor done they put all of the furniture back. They did a wonderful job. They were prompt after we called them. They were very respectful and they respected all of our wishes.

Two Guys and a Truck were actually three guys in a truck. Two of the guys did the lifting and loading onto the truck. They were very careful loading and unloading the very heavy furniture on and off the truck. The third guy was strictly the driver.

This company was very polite and respectful as they called me Mrs. Lisa the whole time. They did a very good job and they put everything in the truck carefully and didn t break anything. They showed up quickly and gave us a competitive quote for the miles and the truck loads.

Two Guys and a Truck were just the best moving company I have ever run across. They actually asked us if we wanted them to help us unpack. I didnt know if they were joking or not. I remember telling my wife to go ahead and pay them and let them do it. She knocked me one. There was a great moving company.

OWNER CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED FOR A QUOTE, WAS ON TIME, AND VERY COURTEOUS. I ASKED HIM IF I NEEDED NEW DUCT WORK, AND AFTER INSPECTING IT, HE SAID I DIDNT. GREATLY APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY. THE WORK CREW WAS ON TIME, AND EXTREMELY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. LEFT WORK SITE AS IT WAS FOUND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
