+ -1 moreI delivered my laptop to Mr. Wizzard at his convenient location and picked it up a day or two later. (I have another computer so wasn't in a super hurry. He promised a quick turn around, however, and delivered on the promise.) Mr. Wizzard will come to you but it was convenient for me to drop the computer and less expensive - saved the cost of a service call. Disclaimer: Mr. Wizzard is related to me by marriage. That said, his credentials are top of the line as is the service he provides. I would not use him otherwise.
Description of Work: Mr. Wizzard removed one anti-virus software and installed another one; also updgraded memory.

+ -1 moreHe overcharged me and he did not tell me what he charged per hour. He told after he finished the work what he charged per hour. He only worked for about 2/3 the time he said he did. He charged $75.00 to watch my computer defrag. I have not heard of anyone who has had a good experience with him. I believe he is like a scam. It was an unpleasant experience. He was unable to repair what he said he could repair.
