My experience with them has been excellent. Very reliable. The people that run the company are very honest. Always willing to listen to any questions.

Beware, poor mowing is used as an excuse to change customer schedule to more frequent weekly mowing. I have been on biweekly schedule for the past 4 months, no problems. The last mowing job left a lot of grass cuttings across both front and back yard. Mr. Smith indicated it was due to all the rain and mowing the grass when wet and the next mowing would take care of it. Instead of offering to clean up the mess he said I need more frequent mowing.

On 4/25/18 I sent a message through Angie’s List requesting a quote. It has been 5 weeks now and I still haven’t received a response. I noticed that their last review was on 9/21/17. Are they still in business? If not, why are they still listed on here?

MowHawks is always out as scheduled and does an excellent job on my yard with the mowing and edging. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns I might have, and keep an eye on the state of the yard and make gentle suggestions about things they think might be troublesome that they may be able to also help with. I have always found them to be polite, friendly, and professional, and they make working with them easy and hassle free.

I was not here when the crew arrived. The job the crew did was amateur at best. The edging was sloppy and there are clumps of grass everywhere. I would not hire them again.

They did great. They actually did a little more than I expected. They are convenient. I haven't had them move anything. They get their mower in through the side gate which is not blocked by the driveway. They take care of the whole job and they are doing it for a little less than I was paying my son to do the same job.

Regular mowing work is on time, every time. The yard work was done in one day and included weeding, poison ivy removal, debris removal and mulching. The debris was removed and the work was cleaned up very well and the mulch was nice and thick and I would highly recommend them to others.

Service was fine, I used the Deal last fall and everything turned out fine. They did what they needed to do and scheduled promptly. Completed as expected and were prompt.

Bennett and Preston were absolutely amazing! Our backyard was overgrown with ivy and the flowerbeds were a mess. After a day of work from these two our back and front yard have never looked so good! I could not recommend Bennett and his company more and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Mowhawks did excellent work. Bennett came to my house for an estimate shortly after my initial call. He was very knowledgeable and quoted me a very fair price right on the spot. He got me on the schedule just a few days later. I was expecting a crew of employees, but instead, Bennett himself and his business partner showed up and did all the work, with great care and attention to detail. They were very responsive to my requests and helped come up with a creative solution to a drainage problem. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the work. As they left, Bennett mentioned that the price would actually be a little lower than originally quoted because they ended up needing less mulch than expected. That takes a lot of integrity. This kind of service makes me wish I had more work to give them. I look forward to using Mowhawks for years to come.

Absolutely excellent.....The work was done carefully and professionally ........MowHawk took total care in pruning these "hard to prune" boxwoods....They explained exactly what they were going to do and why the pruning had to be done in a certain way...We are thrilled with the outcome!

Bennett and Preston did a super job. The yard looks wonderful front and back. I appreciate their plant knowledge plus my grass is looking so beautiful.

They were very professional. They gave me a time frame, and showed up. They were never on their cell phone, which I appreciate. They did a really good job. This was my first time using them, and my neighbor recommended them. I plan on using them in the summer for mowing.

Very poor work. Entire lawn was not seeded. In wet spots in the lawn the aeration was terrible, the ground chewed up and not rolled. I would not recommend or use this company again.

It went well. I asked for some additional pricing for other services, but as of this review, have not received it.

It went great, the guys at MowHawks were very responsive, full of ideas to meet our goals and budget, and left the property looking a hundred times better than it did when they arrived. Went great - lawn looks fantastic! They even came back and put extra seed and fertilizer in places where the grass was struggling to grow. Overall, very happy with their services - defifijitely plan on using them again in the future. Only area for improvement would be email responsiveness. They always got back to me, but sometimes took a few days.

We get professional, high quality and prompt service, even with short notice, at afordable prices. Very reliable and offers pertinent advice. A pleasure to do bussiness with! Highly reccommend without any reservations!
