Everything went great! Kenleigh was great to work with and very helpful when selecting tile. My order was placed and the tile was delivered as promised. The guys in the customer service area were always helpful and friendly. Mosaic is a great place to get tile and I would definitely recommend them.

On one project, the wrong tile was delivered, but they corrected that promptly. They seemed to have a good relationship with the people working in my house.

Overall, it went well. The original consultant was very knowledgeable about tile, and helped identify a good combination of tile for our price point. The delivery, pick-up, etc went very well and the tile quality is great. This is a good place to go if you know little about tile selection and what is needed. My two complaints are: 1) Store hours -- not great for working individuals, however, I understand they are expanding evening hours 2) Responsiveness-- after initially buying the tile, we came home and realized the tile may not be best for our remodel. The store had already closed, but we called first thing in the morning because we wanted to catch the order before being delivered. When we first called, they said our name was not in the system yet and they'll have the consultant call us back. After a few hours, we did not hear anything (we also emailed as well). We called again, and she was still with a client. However, when they search for our order again, the realized the name was misspelled and the order was already on freight. They said it would cost as much as the tile to return and pick new tile at this point. Fortunately, when we went back the next day, two other consultants helped and we realized we could make the tile work. The initial consultant also did not respond to our contractors email until a few days later.

They are wonderful to work with. It took so long to get my kitchen put in so I used them around April or May of last year and I am working with them on a bathroom project right now. I went through a contractor and I just went to them to pick out all of the tiles and stuff but I think that they are very competitive as far as pricing.

They are truly professional and they have wonderful providers. They have great decorative ideas and it is a really neat place. They have lot of choices and samples for you to take home. They got the job done in a couple of days and worked hard. The workers were professional and helpful. The cleanup was fine and very thorough.

Their showroom is well setup and bright, with many choices available to see. We had a small snafu when we were trying to pick out of products. Their store manager Wes, stepped in and got the right staff handling us and we got all of our needs handled. Any questions about the product and installation were handled quick and efficiently. I will differently be using their services again.

The two design consultants Kelly Webb and Megan Pluim did a great job with helping us choose the options and final selection of our backsplash and its design. They were always helpful (we made several trips) and very knowledgeable in the selection and design options that would go well with our kitchen remodeling. They made very helpful suggestions in the considerations for our design as our kitchen was of a medium size. They also helped with the tile section of the tile color for the backsplash based on the pictures of our cabinetry and granite counter tops. Most importantly they were very courteous and professional in relaying the reasons why some of our ideas were likely not very good ones. We are very grateful they were so straight foward with us as we, for sure, do not have the skills and experience which they possess. We can't thank them enough for the excellent job them did and would recommend Mosaic very highly.
