Nick was fantastic! He was very prompt to answer email/phone calls and showed up within a few days. He understood the nuances of cleaning EIFS and was careful not to damage it. He did not rush, explained clearly what would be done and what could not be fixed. The house looks fantastic! One important note - Nick has the right equipment. Other companies come with a power washer. Nick has the right chemicals, large tank, water heater, professional pressure tank, and expertise to get the job done right. After waiting 3 months for my Amazon Local company to never get back to me, I cancelled and a friend recommended Nick. I'll use him again in the future for sure.

I contacted Mobile Perfection to obtain an estimate for pressure washing my house. The company was recommended to me by another individual. Nick set up a time to come out and provide me with an estimate. He was willing to meet with me when I got home from work, which was nice since I did not have to take any time off. He provided me with estimates for pressure washing the house, decks, front porch, and the fence. He also provided me with an estimate for staining the decks and the front porch. He advised that he would use a low pressure wash with a low concentration of chemicals that would not damage the house or plants, but would clean the house effectively. I decided to have him just pressure wash the house for now and wait until the spring to clean and stain the decks. Nick arrived on the agreed upon date and time. He spent about an hour and a half washing the house and did a fantastic job. The pressure washing made a significant difference in the appearance of the house. I thought his price was reasonable and was the best compared to several other highly rated companies. I will have him come back out in the spring to wash/stain the decks and front porch. I will also use him for other projects in the future. I would highly recommend Mobile Perfection to anyone looking for an affordable/high quality pressure washing company.
