+ 0 moreThey were fast and pleasant and informative on any information that was asked of them. They were diligent to get to the job. It was an extremely good value.
Description of Work: Three light fixtures were replaced and a dimmer installed and an outlet replaced. One fixture was a chandelier which had a dimmer switch.

+ -1 moreAfter his inconsideration of not calling me and advising me he would be late, I canceled the job with him.
Description of Work: Quentin was supposed to arrive at 9 am on Thursday 1/24/07 and at 9:10 I still had not heard from him as to where he was or the fact that he was running a bit late (just out of common courtesy). I had to call twice to the answering service to even get him to call me 20 minutes later at 9:20, at which time he stated over the phone he would arrive 20 minutes after that at 9:40 am. He still didn't show up and then finally showed up at five minutes until 10:00. I went out on the front porch and stopped him and advised him that I had already given the job to another company and they were on their way.

+ 0 moreExcellent. I called and Quentin offered to come the same day. He was prompt, efficient, polite, neat and of course, knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Switched out a fixture in my powder room, raised up my DR chandelier, installed a dimmer switch, repaired outdoor floodlight, moved another floodlight.
