Had a two hour window from 4-6pm and waited for 4 hours and nobody arrived. They rescheduled me for the next day from 2-4pm. Waited and nobody arrived. Kept calling their dispatch across the entire 6 hours i waited for 2 days and they kept giving me the runaround, saying he's "en route" and "he's still coming but has two jobs ahead of you." They overbook and give you small windows that they never hit. So frustrating when your AC is out and it's 90 degrees. Will never use Michael & Son.

Prompt courteous and professional service. He technician explained the work he had to do and the charges and cleaned up after himself.

They were prompt and professional.

The first stage of floor removal and dehumidifying went well. But M & Son no-showed for a Saturday appointment and when we phoned the technician we couldn't leave a message because his voice mailbox was full. On Saturday night the technician called us and asked us to immediately drive from Leesburg to Fairfax to meet him. We refused. The technician then tried to bill us for $400 of unauthorized work. It took weeks to straighten this out with the office. The manager I spoke to professed not to know why phone messages and e-mails weren't getting returned. We found another contractor to finish the project at a much lower cost and a lot less aggravation. That didn't stop the M & Sons salesman from e-mailing me for about 2 more weeks implausibly seeking more business from us.

The install process went very smoothly and the furnace seems to be working just fine. Communication was great through the entire process.
