Description of Work: On a Saturday when I discovered a leak in a toilet in one of the bathrooms, and I was scheduled to go out of town that day, a technician from Michael and Son came out, diagnosed the problem which could be repaired. I opted, however, since the toilet was neary 20-years old, to replace it with an updated model. The new toilet was replaced, and in less than two hours, all was complete, and I was able to leave for my planned trip. Since this was an emergency call on a weekend, it was a few hours before the technician arrived. Everyone was very professional and helpful the whole time. I highly recommend Michael and Son Services.
