My experience with this company has been horrible. Many steps were missed or just avoided, I paid twice for them to complete a job that was never fixed, and they caused over a thousand dollars worth of damage to my property. Finally, I had Davis and Green come out to properly remove the clog since this company was unable to fix the problem but had no problem taking our money. Don't trust them with your home!

I have a two-bedroom, 800 square foot condo. The two ton central a/c is not able to cool the apartment to my satisfaction. The technician came and and was very nice and professional. This is nothing personal. He diagnosed that the air coming out of the air handler was only 10 to 11 degrees colder than the air going into the air handler. He did a visual inspection of the air handler and could find nothing wrong. He put gages on the outside unit and said everything look good. He said the only thing he could think of was to clean the outside unit. He did so and the problem still remains. I'm out $347 for a diagnostic visit and a cleaning. What is VERY frustrating is there is no diagnosis at all about why the unit is not performing like it should. I've never paid a company for "I don't know" as a diagnosis. They recommended a new unit but if they can't diagnose what's wrong with my unit why on Earth would I trust their judgement on a new unit? The technician was polite and professional and I appreciate the company's willingness to come so quickly.
