The technician came to the house on time. He changed the oil, but did not have the required software update so the generator was running very rough in it's maintenance cycle. He returned to update the software, but it did nothing to stop the generator from running rough. This office manager was very nice about sending a technician out the second time at no charge. I need to call another company to update the software for a whole new fee.

The Master Electrical people are very professional while also being cordial and accommodating. While recognizing that you are a layman when it comes to electrical work, they provide clear and understandable explanations in a respectful way. The job took several days and they were punctual every day. At the end of each day they left the workplace tidy. But most of all, their work is very precise - the wiring in the new service and in the automatic switch looked like something out of a textbook picture. We're extremely happy with the results and will definitely engage them for several other electrical projects that we have planned.

Everything went exactly as promised. Master took care of the permit and working with county inspection. The crew arrived on time with all needed materials. There was very little mess, and they cleaned up what little there was. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. Since the installation we've lost power 2 - 3 times (very briefly), and the generator has kicked in immediately. It comes on a 7 am every Wednesday for a short test run. We love hearing it. We also got Master's annual maintenance contract for $300. They've been out and done a thorough inspection/service. We are extremely pleased,, and would recommend Master Electrical to anyone.

All personnel involved with the job were very professional and knowledgeable. Workmanship was excellent. It was a great experience.

They are very professional and come when they say they will come. We have not had any problems with the generator so far. They are good about coming out and changing the oil after you use the generator. I like that if your generator goes our while it should be running, they will bring you a stand by within twenty four hours. We have recommended them to several of our friends.

They gave us an estimate about a week ago to relocate the generator which they put in. We haven't decided to use them yet. We are going to get a couple of more quotes. When they put in the generator they were fine and did a very good job in a timely manner. People were very friendly. We didn't have any problem with them. I think they specialize in generators and seem to know what they are doing. They are excellent.

The two workers were available several dates at our convenience. Estimate was accurate. Arrived on time, did work within 3 hrs. Very professional.
