Manchester Septic and Rooter Service

For the past 3 times we got our septic tank cleaned, Manchester Septic completed the service. We thought it was odd that we had to get our septic cleaned more often than the recommended 5 years. Turns out that this company was not cleaning our septic tank. Instead they were cleaning the secondary tank. Our primary tank had never been cleaned. We did not know where the tanks were located until we had a back up in our yard. We called another company and found out that we had a leak in our primary tank because this company had never cleaned the primary tank. This failure to complete a proper services of our septic tank cost us $2,000.00 in repairs. We have since found out that many people have had difficulty with this company. We will never use them again and do not recommend anyone else use them.
