I recently moved into a house that needed its crawlspace repaired. It wasn’t encapsulated and the inspector found moisture issues. Shane was excellent and a true professional. He came out and inspected my crawlspace, recommended how he’d re encapsulate it, fix the soil grading. Because of the moisture issues, he recommended a dehumidifier. He brought a crew that fixed all of the issues over two days. His work stopped the condensation on my indoor windows and lowered the humidity in my crawl space from 70% to 50%. So much better! Thank you Shane!

Scott and his team at Managed Services Group helped us navigate a really challenging situation after our basement flooded. They took a holistic and cost-conscious approach to ensure our basement won't flood again, from the walls around the foundation to a new sump pump system, to some landscaping updates that will all help move water AWAY from our house and never show up in the basement again. Scott and his team were communicative and helpful and we always felt like they had our best interests in mind.

This crew 2as unbelievable. Showed up on time, got to work, removed the old gutter and downspouts and replaced with bigger gutter, guards and down spots. Cleaned up and we're gone after checking with me and making sure I was happy. Price was very reasonable. Can not say enough good about the company, the owners and crew.
