I’m not having the whole house cleaned. It’s the bottom floor and then just the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. They said they would call me or text me the day before, and I have not received a call or text the day before.

Everything was great. Very responsive customer service, in fact, they called a little too much. But that's good! $100 price is pretty good, but that was an Angie's List deal, so not sure what the normal rate is. Our house is very small and only has 1 bathroom, so rate could be higher for bigger houses.

I have had them for a number of years. I am well satisfied. They come on the first Wednesday of each month. They do what they say they are going to do. They do a thorough job. They are very courteous. My kids as one of their Christmas presents that they gave me is each of them chips in and pays for them for the whole year. So that has been going on for 10 years or so.
Description of Work: For what they do for me, it is just a partial cleaning; it is 80 bucks.

The house is about 3000 square feet. They are consistent. I have no complaints and very pleased. We consistently get this one lady and she is very polite and professional. They were never late. They would actually get there early.

David and his team were great to work with. He was very responsive to my emails and questions as we scheduled the cleaning and he accommodating my very specific timing of when I needed the cleaning done. He sent 3 people to do the cleaning and they did an excellent job! In the past when I have used professional cleaning services, I always find things they missed but his team was very thorough and I'm really happy with the cleaning. I had guests for the weekend and even they commented "your house is so clean!" I don't think his services are the cheapest but I think the thorough cleaning is worth it. Also, he was very generous with a first time customer/Angie's List discount.

They will do windows as a request but it is not included in the basic service. They do a good job and are very thorough. It is a two person team, they are punctual, and for the most part you get the same crew each time. You don't have different people coming into your house all the time. We've had a couple of small issues in the past that have been taken care of. We will continue to use them.
Description of Work: For housekeeping services we use Maid Brigade. They come out every Tuesday and do a complete housecleaning.
