+ -1 moreA buddy of mine had used Mat to add a downstairs bedroom and bath. Since I needed some work done I got him to come by.Mat has built new houses when the market was good. In the mean time he is doing small additions and just about anything that needs fixing.
Description of Work: Mat replace the roof on my back porch which had a leak. He did this on a time and materials bases since we didn't know what he would find after removing the shingles. It was pretty bad and he dad to replace all the plywood and trim. I have since used Mat to replace 2 rotten window sills and replace the dormer siding with Hardy-Plank. I couldn't keep paint on the old siding and sills since it was not primed when the house was built.He also replaced some trim that the squirrels had chewed on my shed.He is a great honest young man who started his Construction business on his own with no "Washington Help".
